After multiple months of sales, I get an email from Stripe saying that my website is high risk and I need reseller authorization from the brands. Like I am going to be able to get an approval from Chanel, Hermes, or even Nike? All of my money with them, held indefinitely! I cannot believe the ethics of this company. Let me ask this, if my business was flagged, why did they accept all the customer transactions instead of just declining them! Shady!

I was expecting a deposit January 2. I still have not received it in January 9th nearly 12k USD and the reason it hasn’t been paid is a technical glitch in their program. My business has been verified. My bank has been verified. They have made previous deposits. There tech support service is horrible and no one is helping resolve this quickly. It will cost me my show and my launch on Jan 15th, 2019.

Remember People Their Are Alot Of Other Credit Card Processors Out Their DON"T GET BURNED BY STRIPE And whats funny all the GOOGLE Reviews answers they give you please respond to SUPPORT at Stripe... Processed for a month over 15k, then over a large holiday weekend they collected money and stopped transfering funds to my bank claiming the cardholders claimed transactions were unauthorized. I have been in business for years with same customers. Never any issues until these THIEFS decided they can just ignore all my messages and keep my money. FRAUD MERCHANT STAY AWAY!

Its a scam company. They use third party applications to accept payment, when they accept $775 of my payments they hold and have not deposited to my account for over a month. They send me email asking to provide with my website and network profile? Why i wasnt asked about it when they start accepting my payments? I just opened business and dont have a website. They sent me a link where website is required. No one sent me the link before accepting payment but after my funds was on their account. Its a fraudulent company and i will notify FTC about their unfair practice.

Stripe is just a money laundering company nothing else. They stole my client money and they reply my client but not me, that;s a main reason they didn't have phone support, don't rely your business at downfall don't every trust them really hate this company. They are liar and they stole your clients money thats simple never do any business with stripe.

Stripe is, by far, the worst payment processing company ever. The staff at Stripe are not in any way transparent or understanding, all they do is lie and make ludicrous accusations. I will never choose Stripe as a payment processor, never ever.

This company does not offer any kind of protection against fraud. If someone buys from you with fraudulent information or if a customer decides to initiate a dispute for no reason, you will 100% lose your money without any say in it.

My account was hacked and someone has been making charges to hacked consumers through my account. I can't change my password and there is no way to get ahold of anyone. I have left multiple voice mails and sent e-mails and nothing. I have never seen anything like this. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a horrible experience with stripe. 90% of my transactions came back as chargeback. Each time I disputed the case, stipe would charge an additional dispute fee, even though they don't do anything, they just submit your evidence and whatever the cardholder says is final.

They claimed that the customer has requested refund and they put my money on hold. This was a false claim and funny enough they did not pay the money back to the customer. I have send them several emails and they do not respond to us at all. If you work with them be prepared to lose your money!

Big scam !! Watch out !! 2 same sites, same products, other language, just on another domain, 1 was accepted, 1 was rejected because in violation of their conditions. They don't even have plugins ..... They let you test, which takes hours and then .......

POOR customer service. My first "successful" charge was $240 on 3/22/16. Since then, we have processed over $16,000. We have received $0. Repetitive support requests have gone unanswered even though they claim to respond within 24-48 hours. It has been OVER A WEEK with no response and no money.

This Company should be raided by the FBI! They are illegally holding merchant funds after the closure of the account. I've emailed them several times and no response! I've notified the FTC as well. Merchants BEWARE!

I have wasted 30 minutes on an intitall call and 45 minutes on a second call with two "representatives" who didn't know how to tell me how to resend an invoice for someone who changed credit cards. When the 2nd person failed to figure it out they said I would have to wait for someone to figure out what was wrong for 24 hours. I do 250,000 worth of business at paypal. They will be keeping my business and I will be ending mine with this horrible company as soon as my last client with you ends their work. I have never seen such awful service anywhere! I shall also post this everywhere I can.
