5-Minute Evaluation

Patients will need to set aside about five minutes to fill out an evaluation form and answer a few questions about their lifestyle and medical history. Patients will also need to provide a government-issued ID and credit card.

The purpose of a patient filling out the online form is to find out if treatment is right for them. Their answers will be analyzed by a licensed physician who will determine what care the patient needs.

If the patient is approved, Roman will find and assign a physician for the patient to work with. Their personal physician will prescribe an ED medication if that is determined to be the best course of treatment.

U.S. Licensed Physicians

All of Roman’s physicians are U.S. licensed physicians. Additionally, each doctor goes through an extensive background check and license verification process.

Whenever a patient is messaging or talking with a Roman physician, they have access to their physician bio which may list medical license, resume, and credentials.

Roman also has a medical advisory board that consists of a former surgeon general, world-renowned clinical directors and medical leaders in several fields including psychology, relationship counseling, men’s health, sexual health, neurology, pulmonology, male infertility, addiction, urology, pathology, and family medicine.

Roman Sexual Health

When Roman was founded, one of its main goals was to help provide men with high-quality medications to help them be successful and feel confident during intimacy. Many companies were selling products online, but the majority of the products were low quality and many of them seemed fraudulent. Since then, Roman has created medications for the following sexual ailments: 

• Erectile dysfunction — For those men that have struggled to maintain an erection therefore allowing them to be intimate, Roman offers Viagra (sildenafil) and Cialis (tadalafil). • Cold sores — Cold sores (oral herpes) can be treated with Valacyclovir (generic Valtrex). In order to receive medications from Roman, you will need to have already received an in-person diagnosis from a doctor. Once you present this to your Roman physician, they will decide whether treatment is appropriate for you and ship you the medications. Packing for these medications is discrete and unmarked.
• Genital herpes — Genital herpes is also treated with Valacyclovir. Similar to medications for cold sores, you will need to have an in-person diagnosis from your doctor before a physician can authorize your treatment.

Roman Hair Loss Solutions

Many men in the United States struggle with male pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia). It is not uncommon for hair follicles to stop producing thick healthy hair and remain dormant. Hair loss medications help these dormant hair follicles to regain health and continue growing healthy hair. Roman specifically offers solutions to help men that are struggling with receding hairlines and thinning on the crown. These two medications are described below: 

• Finasteride — Finasteride is also known as "Generic Propecia". It is used to help reverse the effects of a receding hairline. Though this medication does not work for every individual, 48% of men treated with it experienced regrowth after just 1 year of treatment. • Minoxidil — Also known as "Generic Rogaine", Minoxidil is an over-the-counter treatment used to help those that are experiencing thinning hair on their crowns.
