Achieving full membership status in NAMSA requires completing and passing two Medicare and Medicare supplement education courses. 

As a member of NAMSA, all Health Exchange Agency representatives have knowledge and expertise in Medicare, and receive current information and updates about Medicare that they are then able to share with clients.
