I worked with Catherine H. and was relieved by her professionalism, patience and knowledge, making me feel like I could trust someone who could walk me through the Medicare maze. I used Boomer Benefits to help me get set up with Medicare and all went very smoothly except my Part D plan kept denying my claims. My rep, Garrett Keahey, went above and beyond to figure out the issue and worked with WellCare to fix the problem. It seems WellCare wasn’t listed as my primary provider. Not only did he liaison with the provider he reached out to me several times to make sure WellCare had corrected the problem. He was awesome! It was so much easier having him represent me instead of trying to deal with Medicare on my own. I recommend Boomer Benefits to anyone starting down the Medicare path.

All of the choices and options for supplemental and Advantage plans were confusing and overwhelming. Someone suggested we call Boomer Benefits. Zach was so efficient and effective at helping us find the right plans for us, and walking us through the process. Then, for whatever reason, the insurance company originally denied coverage for a needed medical treatment. I called Boomer Benefits Customer Care department, and Vivian walked me through appealing this denial, making the call with me, staying on the line with me (2 hours on the phone, talked to 3 different insurance people), and asking questions that wouldn't have even occurred to me. Thanks to Vivian, the appeal was expedited and prioritized, and the needed treatment has now been approved and scheduled. It's not an exaggeration to say that Vivian's assistance in this has literally helped to save a life! Thank you, Vivian and Zach, with all our hearts!

We contacted Boomer Benefits 7 years ago to get help signing up for Medicare. They have been great to work with. Their professionals are informed, very knowledgeable, always timely with any response(s) and their communication skills are outstanding. They have helped both me and my husband find the right Medigap policies that fit our needs, have assisted our changing of policies and have recently given immeasurable help dealing with a billing issue with Medicare. One of us was billed for services that should be covered by Medicare and after our getting the run around from the provider, the insurance office and the lab charging us for the blood work, I remembered handling issues was part of Boomer Benefits benefits. When we contacted Boomer Benefits we were assigned a customer care professional, Ruth Oekerman who has provided excellent service and resolution. Even when a problem showed up on the Medicare portal that was inhibiting the processing of claims, she investigated it. She kept in constant communication via email and phone calls to inform of us progress on the issue. It was such a relief for her to handle the whole thing. That kind of service is priceless! We are so glad we chose Boomer Benefits. We recommend them to everyone.

I've used Boomer Benefits at least three times throughout the past seven years. They initially helped me navigate and understand Medicare options and choose Plan G, which turned out to perfectly meet my requirements. When premiums rose after a couple of years, they compared Plans G and D at various insurance companies and were able to lower my costs. This year, Claire H. compared and discussed costs with me. She even applied to a new insurance company, informed me when I was accepted, enrolled me in the new company and cancelled my previous policy. Everything was completed in two days and I was SO grateful for her help. I shared Boomer Benefit's contact information with my friends on social media because their methods sure beat gathering all of that information on your own. I want to say that Tina Krutenat was most helpful in getting me signed up for a Medicare Gap plan and explained the differences between Plan G & N to my satisfaction. She was also able to get my wife signed up so we qualified for an additional discount on our premiums. In my opinion, Boomer Benefits has lived up to its 5 star rating and would recommend anyone looking into signing up for additional Medicare to use their services.

I recently received help from agent Jasmine Dunham who went above & beyond any customer service help I have ever received, anywhere! This woman is organized, efficient, sharp thinking, and tenacious! She stayed on top of a issue where I was to be reimbursed for some services and it had to be pursued for a very long time. She consistently called me with updates, kept great notes including documented dates of service and communications, and helped me navigate solving issues I would have likely just given up on. Boomer Benefits has been so helpful in navigating and dealing with Medicare! Most recently, I worked with Juliette Templeton to change my part B policy after I moved from another state. She took the time to call me after the move and go over my options in the new state. After I chose a new plan, she set everything up with the new policy and I didn't have to lift a finger. When the new plan was approved, she canceled the old policy for me. Juliette provided excellent communication and follow up until the entire process was complete. Such amazing service! I have only been on Medicare for about a month, and already had a billing issue. For that, I spoke to Mia L, who also gave me amazing service! She looked into the issue, found the problem, set up a call with Medicare, and stayed on the line while we got everything straighten out. Everything was fixed in just a few days! I am so pleased with Mia's service, and Boomer Benefits overall. Speaking to a real live person, and not getting the frustrating, AI run around means so much! I would also like to give a shout out to my previous agent, Andrew E. He gave my husband and I lots of advice and set up our initial Medicare, and dental policies, from before we moved. He made the whole process effortless, and advised us on what to do after we moved. All the Boomer Benefits agents that my husband and I have worked with have been amazing. I am so glad we found out about their service (I think I saw it on Facebook). I would highly recommend anyone on Medicare to use them!

I saw a post about Boomer Benefits on FB and filled out all the information I could. Next day I was contacted from Brennden S. I informed him right off the bat that I was 16 months away from turning 65 and was just hoping for a little bit of information to relieve some of my anxiety and lack of knowledge of insurance cost and benefits. That didn't matter to him. He proceeded to treat me as if I were signing up tomorrow. He took currently relevant information from me and was even able to project what premiums would be in 16 months based on documented increases from the last few years. We talked for 45 minutes and by the time our conversation was over I felt I knew all the information I had been searching for over weeks. He recommended a plan for me based on our projections and we set up another meeting for December with him instructing me to drop him a line between now and then if I had any questions. I hung up from our conversation feeling like a major weight had been lifted with the new found knowledge he gave me and the confidence of talking to someone who made sure I understood it all. Great service.

She listened to the problem I was having with my pharmacy filling my prescription, called the pharmacy to resolve the problem, then called me back to tell me the problem had been entirely taken care of. Arick D, with Boomer Benefits, has been awesome in assisting me! I’ve contacted him multiple times after being billed for balances due to doctors or hospitals. Sometimes it would be because that was part of my deductible, but other times, it was where they had received the payment from my gap insurance, and had mistakenly failed to credit the payment to my account. Boomer Benefits is an excellent company which I have been with for almost eight years. Their videos are top notch, very informative for everything Medicare. I recently reached out to them to change my medigap plan; as the one I had been on had gotten too expensive. I was lucky enough to talk to team member Juliette Templeton; who assured me that she could find a company that I would have a good chance of passing medical underwriting. She took the time to review all the underwriting questions to make sure I understood them and then we repeated the questions for the actual test. Juliette explained all the steps of acquiring a new medigap plan. I did pass and today she made a follow up conference call to cancel my existing plan for a timely transfer to the new plan. She is also going to call next week to make sure that all necessary paperwork has been received to make the change official. Excellent service from all involved.

Tina Krutenat spent close to an hour and a half listening and providing valuable insights and information on Medicare options for my husband and I. She was patient, well spoken and clear about concepts and plans. She was able to guide me to a better plan than I had found. I trusted her based on the conversation and because of all those things I mentioned, I felt enabled to select a plan. The selection of a medical plan is a big and horrendous nightmare in our USA system, filled with uncertainty and high costs and fear. I have talked to and researched this topic for a few days now and feel that Boomer Benefits is an excellent source and Tina is an excellent representative.
