My mother in law is the one that uses it. We did a lot of comparisons on the internet and just thought Medical Guardian had the best deal. Everything has gone smoothly from the beginning, we haven't had any issues. They were very thorough and helpful when we needed them. It's a very efficient device.

The girl that takes care of me decided to get this. It's just what I need. I have used it whenever I fall down or when I don't have any other way to contact someone. Well I saw an ad on TV a couple of times. I am 102 years and sick so I use the device all the time. It makes me feel safe in case I have a fall I am now dependent on it and I feel safe with the device. Its a good thing. It's suppose to be a dollar a day.

Its for my mother in law its the best thing for the best price. We have never had to use it since we've had it but she wears around her neck when she's up and goes to bed. When the electricity or something goes out it is nice to know there is always someone watching what's going on. It is very simple to use.

Because of the price. I fell and I couldn't get a hold on any of my family members so I pressed the medical guardian button and I was able to reach someone that would be able to help me get off the floor, they were prompt in their actions and Its easy to carry. Yes we have it and we didn't need to use it but when we have hit the machine by accident they responded and wanted to find out if everything was okay and so it has been working for us and that is it regards. My husband has mobility problems and had some falls and when I go out it is useful to have a device like this to get help if he couldn't reach me. I didn't have to use it, I hit by accident and they answered quite quickly and it was good. I would tell them that it is working for us so far but always a case of not having an emergency it's not a total experience.

A friend of mine had it, so I decided to give it a try. I wear the necklace every day. I've had to use it some 3 or 4 times and they're always there on the spot. The only thing is that the cord of the necklace is wearing out so I think I have to get a new one...

I decided because it has the GPS system. I haven't had to use it but I used it when I have neuropathy so bad I tend to fall. Well I haven't had to use customer support so I couldn't answer that. You know it it's a GPS system and that's important to me that no matter where I am in the range and its effective and they respond very quickly.

It was recommended as one of the highest and best service of all. Yes when my mother was passing out and I let them know she was passing out and response was very quickly to get her to the hospital. I have been 2 days without the lanyard and they supposed to call Sunday, I said I was going out on Tuesday and that I needed the lanyard to be here and set because I wouldn't would be able to receive it then and they were unaware of this, so I'm not too happy that.

I got it for my mother who is 97 years old. At that point she was living alone, so she would use it if she had an emergency or if she was frightened. Sometimes she had to push the button twice in order to get someone to answer the phone. I'm not sure if that was something to do with the service or the technology, but they just never answered on the first ring. We had to push twice every time. Still, they were there when we needed them.

I think I got it after seeing an advertisement for it somewhere. I pay $35 a month for the service, which is reasonable. Thank God I haven't had to use it too many times. On a typical day I don't normally go out of the house, but I wear it. I could need it any time of the day since I'm 90 years old. The one time I needed it, somebody came out and helped me get back up. The only complaint that I really have is in regard to the button. When I press it, it seems to take them some good time to respond and talk to me. It's not long enough for me to worry, but it makes me a bit anxious.

I chose them because they had high ratings and I thought they were qualified for the job. I test it every now and then but I have to push the button 2 or 3 times before I get an answer. It's also not loud enough when they answer. I'm still satisfied with the service they give me though.

I haven't had to use it for anything other than a routine monthly check. The representative that responds is always courteous, knowledgeable, and always get back to me fairly quickly. I do think they could improve on the speed a bit, but other than that it's all good. I wear the band on my wrist. Since the button is small, it's easy for me to handle it and carry it around anywhere I go.

At night there's someone with me, but during the day I'm on my own. I couldn't be by myself after I had 3 heart attack and a stroke, so I got this. I haven't had to use it but I feel a lot safer now staying here by myself. I know they are available in case I need them. I'm happy with what I have and the price that I'm paying for it.

I signed up with them 2 years ago. I think they were the most responsive company when I called, other places took days to get back to me. Since then I've only really used it once but things went fine. I'm a bit disappointed because no one followed up with me afterwards to make sure that everything had gone well. Other than that, I don't think they're using the best technology. It's just hard to hear them from the unit.

I've had to use it one or twice and we've had quick responses as far as I know. Once I just fell unconscious and, next thing I knew, I was in an ambulance on my way to the hospital. They seem to be very nice people and they do what they're supposed to do as far as I know. I haven't had any problems with it and have gotten good results. I guess it could always be cheaper though.

I will put it on in the morning and whenever I get up at night. I always make sure that it's charged before I go to bed and keep it by my bed on a table. When I need it, I just push the button and talk to the person that answers. It always works for me and does that it's supposed to do. The only thing is that I keep rolling over it and triggering the alert unintentionally. I don't know if there's anything they can do about that.

I switched from a different company to Medical Guardian. I haven't fallen down or anything but so far I'm very happy with it. The only problem that I have is with the wristband, it's too big. I actually had to punch extra holes in it to tie it down and around my hand. The service is also a little pricey.

We've had several services before that we didn't like. We decided to try this one and so far we've liked it better than the rest. When we need it, we get help quickly. Basically, all I need to do is push the button and the people come on right away and send out the emergency squad. One thing I don't particularly like about the device is the light that shines from it. It's on all the time and since we have it in the bedroom we have to angle it so it doesn't bother us at night.

Their system seemed to be the best at the time, that's why I picked it. I've fallen once since I started using it. They sent out somebody for me and things worked out well. The main reason I'm not very pleased with the service is the system itself. There's too much weight on the buttons and it's too much to be carrying around. Since carrying it in my pocket or belt is not really an option for me, it's very cumbersome. I also found out fairly recently that it's a little more expensive than some of the other medical alert systems out there, including the ones that have fall protection.

We received some information about them and since it looked like a good deal we went ahead and got it. My son insists that I wear the device on my neck all the time and I try to do that since I have a tendency to fall a lot. I can be walking along or sitting down and I'll just fall over. It can happen at any given time. I just have a balance problem, I guess my brain is not hooked up right to my legs or something. I've had a number of falls both around my house and also while I'm out in different places. Just in the last month I've fallen 3 times. Last Friday I fell and broke my toe but I was able to get to the doctor alright. One time when I needed to use it they weren't really quick, but they got here. They got to me and took me to the hospital in case there was some damage because of the fall. Actually, my son was the one that called them with it, so I'm not sure how quickly they answered the call. Still, I know that with the device I can get help very quickly whenever I fall. All I have to do is punch the button and I'll get a response. The only imitation I've found is that I have to be in or near the house for it to work. It's also a little expensive. We're on a very low income so I can't afford a lot of the bills that come from the hospital.

The only thing is that last August my husband passed away so I called to check on the premiums that we were paying. One thing I don't like is that it frequently goes off without me even touching it. I'd be taking snow off the car roof, slamming the garage door close, or doing something like that, and the alarm will go off. It's driving me nuts. I was shopping the other day when that happened. I didn't even know it that they were trying to call me. The most upsetting thing is that they call my daughter and son in law and then send an ambulance to get me. I mean, I still think it's a wonderful service, I just don't know what to do about that.
