They responded quickly and stayed with me until the ambulance got there. Then they called my daughter and talked with her. They were very polite, very of professional, and I'm very pleased with it. It's very good but I wish it was a little smaller.

Several ways to use it- the button, bracelet, necklace, and home charger. Everything seems to be very simple and easy to use. We did tested and it seems to work fine. When I called the lady was very nice. I had no problem asking questions and it was a really good experience.

When I signed up initially, MG was quite efficient and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the watch about a week after placing the order. The watch was not of sturdy construction though and the wings that contain the pins that attach the watchband are pretty flimsy. On the first watch, two broke off after maybe the 3rd or 4th time I put it on. Further, the watch wouldn't hold a charge for more than 8-10 hours. When I spoke with the tech support group, they stated it might be my cell coverage (I live in the country and don't have a land line) but wanted to send me a second watch to see if it did better. The second watch didn't do better and so they sent me the "pendent" unit along with prepaid return shipping labels. I put the two watches in the mail on April 3 and, when the "pendent" didn't perform either, I mailed it back on April 8 with my label and money. The April 8 package was received the same week and the two packages mailed on April 3rd, using their prepaid labels, weren't received at least 2 weeks later . This return service is just slow and frustrating for someone like myself who wants the service cancelled and charges stopped. The bottom line for me is the people were friendly and tried to be helpful but the product just performed miserably due to my poor rural cell phone coverage.

Customer service is outstanding. I ordered this for my Mom but she passed away a few weeks after receiving it so she never really had a chance to use it. Ordering was very easy & they were so kind when I needed to return the equipment. Definitely a better value than anything else out there.

Never takes very long before I can get help. I used it once when I was in the shower and the policeman came over and picked me. I have had surgery on both knees so I can't pick myself up. I get results in any part of the apartment.

Very pleased and glad I have it. I don't care for the neck piece, it is too long but the rest I like. I have tested it and it had good results. You just have to press your button and somebody will come on and ask if anything is wrong. They are very polite.

They did speak to me and explain how it worked when I had a problem charging it. I like the fact it is on my wrist as opposed to hanging around my neck because I found that very annoying, especially while I was sleeping. Everything worked out okay when I tested it.

I've tested every month since I've had it and the response time seems to be really quick and I appreciate that. Everybody's been very courteous and quick it answer the phone. I would like the wristband also because it has a feature where out can talk directly to it in an emergency.

A very good product for seniors and people with disabilities. It works really well for my mom, it is easy to work and makes it accessible for EMS to get the fire and police. The respond within a minute. They are very courteous and professional and they assist well.

Service is very good, they answer all your questions. The device is excellent and I feel safe now. The only thing I don't like is the necklace hanging around my neck, it bothers me but there is not much than can do so it has been good. It is expensive but I recommend it highly.

Easy to read and it has the time and date on it. If we have an emergency, it would make me feel more comfortable. When I tested it, the people I spoke to were very helpful and good communicators. They answered all my questions and they didn't have to get anyone else to answer them. They obviously know the product and what they are talking about.

Customer service has been an issue. When I first called to inquire about the service, I spoke to a salesperson and said I'd be back in touch. The next morning a received a called from a spoofed local number that was the salesperson. Why does a reputable company use a disreputable practice? But based upon reviews, I ordered the Home Guardian. I was told that although no guarantee, I would received it by a certain date, which was very important to me. But I did not receive as promised. Then I was double charged on my credit card. When I called I was told this was an error and the erroneous charge was credited.

I like how easy it was to set up. I was walked through the process and never felt rushed while on the phone. I also like the speed volume that Medical Guardian replys with once the aletr button is pressed. I like having the choice of a pendant ot wristband to wear.

Everybody that I have worked with is very gracious. The device is very easy to use. I realize that it is more expensive than other companies, but I know that I need to pay for better service. I don't like how the device has a blinking light on it, because it lights up my room at night.

There is always someone to answer any questions that speaks English clearly. I like that I am to test it out monthly to make sure that all systems are go. I like to take the portable unit with me when I go for a long walks and know that if I fall on someplace Like Tubbs Hill that someone is going to come get me.

Polite staff. Very willing to help people in need and those who press the button by accident. The first time my mother accidentally pressed the button, Medical Guardian picked up after only 2 rings. This last time it rang at least 10 to 15 times before someone from Medical Guardian was there. Luckily it was an accident but if she needed someone emergently, I think that was MUCH too long of a time delay before someone was there for her.

We have only called for test purposes - The call button works as expected, response on base station is within about 30 seconds but the voice connection has a lot of static making the response hard to understand. Otherwise system seems to work as expected. One great feature is the lock box with house key for the front door to make emergency service access easy.

I like everything about it. I like that you have a wrist watch or a thing for your neck. I had one incident and an emergency vehicle came right away in ten minutes or less. So far I've been satisfied with it. I have no complaints. I've been very satisfied with them.

I called in to do the first check two weeks ago and it failed. Nobody came on the line for over fourty five minutes. I couldn't even call an ambulance so I called my daughter on my cell phone which I never use and she called the care specialist. The next day I called them back and put in a formal complain to the supervisory and then I waited two days and tried another test and it went through perfectly but I'm very leery about it. I'm still on the line if I'm going to keep it or not. I'll probably wait a week or two and try another test and see how it works. I'm on the line as to whether I can trust the company.

It's comfortable and it's easily charged and I just feel very comfortable with it. I had one occasion where I accidentally pressed the button and the people were right there immediately. The response was amazingly fast. Medical Guardian responded and answered my questions. They were very quick to respond and very very gracious when I called them.

When I tested it I got an immediate response. They're there when you hit that button for emergencies. I wear the wristband and the leather part on the band catches everything you go around. It's like you have to wash it every day to keep it clean.

When I tested the device, they answered me rigth away. They were right on the minute I touched the button. If you need help, they're right there. Medical Guardian is very helpful. I was going to cancel it and they helped me out of the monthly premium and got it down to less money.

I tested it when I first got it and it worked fine. The customer servie is very good about answering any questions I have. The only thing I might suggest is that they furnish a booklet with the equipment explaining how it works in detail a little more.

I was with another company and I like that they can provide the same if not better service at half the cost and I also like that there is zero contract. I've tested it twice and that was good. I very much like the key locking device that medical people would have access to the key rather than sticking it under a door mat or flower pot.

I like the size of the base unit. It's smaller than what I had with a different company and the lock boxes they provided for my home keys and all the equipment seems to be working very well. I did hit the button accidentally and got a fairly swift response and they also contacted my son when they weren't able to reach me.

It would not transmit GPS and my location when I needed it. It worked fine in the backyard in my home, but when I got down on the farm, it wouldn't. They treated me fine and when I called and asked them they said they didn't have any tower in that area. They were as nice as they could be, they jsut couldn't help me at all.

I had one before that was cheap and wasn't nearly as nice, the necklace has a real smooth touch to it. I don't have any complaints what so ever. Shortly before I got it, I was on the floor for twenty five hours without food or water so that is why I got it. I don't think it is a whole lot to pay for your safety.

My only issue is when I initially called I told them woman to delay the order because my budget was packed up and she put the order through right away so I had overdrawn and I was not happy with that little incident. I like being able to travel all over different areas but I dislike is that you have to keep charging up the watch, I have seen some other companies where you don't have to charge your equipment. I have the watch and necklace and I can sleep with it, take a shower in case I fall and I can carry the little charger with me whenever I go somewhere more than a day. I tested it one time and it works. If they get the page, they come right to you.
