Frustrated by the fact that it has made several calls a couple of times when she didn't mean to. It is a bit of a trial period. It is a good deal. It did get her immediate results we she accidentally triggered it.

Have only had for a short time and had no occasion to use it yet! Wrist bracelet is way too big and the neck one won't stay where you put it length wise. I hangs to my waist. I keep shortening it but it won't stay!

No one from Medical Guardian has called me re setting up and testing the equipment. There wasn't any information in the initial package telling me what to do or who to contact when I rec'd it. Nor was there any information re how do I go about testing the equipment. I did not receive the carry case for the power unit, just a cord....please respond

The rubber on the buttons won't stay on. They pull off. I think Medical Guardian should have replacement buttons instead of replacing the watch. There is a slow connection when I test it.

I had to give mine back because it doesn't cover where I work where I'm out on the farm. I had to use it one time and never got through. I finally had to call myself because it would just ring and we went to the county emergency services instead of Medical Guardian's services.

When my mother-in-laws alarm went off an emergency contact person was notified first and NOT 911. I question this as if it were a life threatening emergency there would have been a huge delay in her care.

So far it has been a disaster. I paid for expeditited delivery which still is not here 9 days later. Then after reading the p aperwork that came with it and it said would not work on Voip, DSL or Broadband, I had to switch phone col because I have voip, now I am told that is not true, even though their paperwork says so. Now if I cancel the new phone co. it will cost me 100. I have not activated medical alert yet, because not sure If it want to do business with a company so disorganized and undependable.
