Response time is really good and the device is really loud so my dad can hear it really well. One time my dad fell out of his chair and couldn't get himself back up and the paramedics came and were able to get him back in his chair. The people are always helpful though I have had to call for different reasons and I do have to wait quite a while because they are pretty busy.

Recently I had to use it because I was having breathing problems and I pushed the button and got wonderful service immediately. The are very responsive and kind. They are very kind when I have accidentally set it off and accepted my explanations. The machine is handy and very comfortable, you don't even realize you have it on. I would recommend it highly.

I had accidentally called twice when I first got it but then I leaerned how to use it and I've no problem since then. I had to replace one of the buttons because I accidentally pulled it off and I got top service and I'm very pleased with the new card they have on it. It's very easy to use and stays close to your body. When I was firsting wearing it and I wasn't aware of exactly where it was, I leaned against the kitchen counter and pushed the button and before I could do anything the ambulances were here.

I haven't had to use it, but it's been contacting me because of my seat belt or anything like that but I wasn't aware that it was causing it to go off. They have contaacted me when I hit anything with it thinking that I had fallen. It has come to my assistance even when I didn't require it. The minute anything happened everybody's on alert and ready to come.

It's very reliable, and it's easy to charge. The charge lasts more than 48 hours, so if you're going away you don't need to bring all of the charging equipment with you. I've tested it and had to get used to the sensitivity and response because it was a little bit unnerving. It started to ring, and I didn't realize it was happening because the button got pressed when I was leaning over. But, it was an immediate call and response.

I'm so glad I had this when I fell in the kitchen. I'm eighty-one years old and I couldn't get up, but I had the medical alert hanging on my neck so I punched the button and right away they called my daughter and my son in law. They came and helped me.. I think it's a good support system, they answered right away when I needed them. I'm just really happy I have it because I live alone and this gives me the confidence that I can stay by myself and if I need help, help is available.

I had an experience when the button was pushed accidentally and the EMT's came to my house. I was embarrassed, but glad they responded so fast. The EMT's told me not to worry about it, cause it happens all the time. When the button is pushed there is someone under your call and they'll take care of you. I'm on a fixed budget, retired and live by myself but this is very important to have even though it's kind of expensive.

It meets my budget, and I can afford it. The staff is nice and patient, they aren't in a hurry and will talk and laugh with me. This device can detect any kind of fall. When I accidentally dropped my device they immediately checked on me, asking, "are you alright, are you okay?" I love that it makes me feel secure and that you are watching out for me.

A year ago I fell, it was a wakeup call for me and I knew it was time to get a medical alert system. They sent me a new one just recently that that I don't even have to touch the button if I need them. It alerts them if you are having a heart problem or if I fall. It just knows I'm having a problem. It's a little expensive for a senior citizen on a limited income.

This gives us comfort that we have something to push in case we have an emergency. My wife has it on all the time, she wears around her neck and the button is easy to use. When its goes off for any reason or accidentally we get called right away and they are on top of it. Its like any other insurance policy you want to own it but you don't want to use it.

We haven't had to use it yet but my wife has Alzheimer's and we take her out walking, and she is not really steady on her feet so, we have the fall alert and we take the base station with it so if we had to call in we could. The response when I call in is excellent and they were very courteous in getting it set up. They have been understanding and nice when I had some problems and had a few accidents, they didn't make me feel like I was not very bright when I kept having a problem. They helped me straighten it out and I appreciated their attitude. We are confident if we need it for a real emergency it will work and they will be there for us.

My husband and I both wear the necklaces. He is not able to walk, so it gives him confidence. It's something that can be worn underneath clothing or on top. My husband can easily press it with his bad texterity in his fingers. I like their courteous people that answer the phone, they have a very quick response. I like their promptness in how they answer. I usually put it on when my husband plays golf and I'm here alone. I'm a disabled person and a medical alert is good for me. This is a really good idea for people when they get older and have a tendency to slip. I like the wristband better than the pendant. The pendant gets in the way but you don't even know you have the wristband on. When I had a problem with the monitor, they easily sent me a new one. I like the security of having this.

They respond even when I push the button by accident, they responded right away, it has just been great. The people I have talked to on the phone are very pleasant, helpful and understand what I'm talking about. They did a good job explaining my GPS and how it works. I feel very secure and that's my main goal. With this device I have access to the police, medical and the fire department. so I'm very pleased with it.

It is well worth the investment. I have had it for a couple of years and I'm happy with it. I wear it during the day after I get up and when I go out at night, I always carry a medical alert with me in case anything ever happens, I have somebody with me all the time. It's like having a constant companion. When I accidentally pushed the button one time they called me right up to talk to me. The company and service is excellent.

I have had a hip surgery and I was carrying something up the ramp and started falling. So, I had to push the button when I fell, and they were able to come get me up. They were there when I needed them, it's convenient to wear and works well. Their customer service is very good when I have to deal with them and they've been very good about following up with me.

I saw the ad in the magazine about Medical Alert, so I got their device. I haven't had to use the device yet, but my puppy is prone to hitting it while it's on my lap, and it will accidentally set the alarm off. Then, they call me two or three times until they finally got the message that I was okay. I appreciate that when they call, they're interested in my welfare.

Price was the biggest factor for me when I decided to go with Medical Alert. My father took ill a few days ago, and was feeling chest pains. Their customer support was very responsive, and the paramedics were there as soon as they could. They have been extremely good at solving problems. I've only had one issue with them - billing. I wasn't too pleased that it took them four months to credit our account. Other than their billing department not being too effective, the medical alert unit is wonderful.

I live alone, and this medical device fob gives my daughter peace of mind knowing that at least somebody would know if something happened to me. I've never had an emergency to use it, but I wear it regularly in case there are mishaps. One time by mistake, I touched it and the operator called immediately. They realized that I was okay, but she waited until she was convinced that I was fine. I think people should have this device because it's like insurance. You should be prepared for a dire situation.

I like the device because I can move around and still be covered in the case of an emergency. I can always reach them when I have a problem with a situation. It's comforting to talk to someone on the phone when you're in trouble. I like that the device isn't too big or too small - it's just the right size and very handy. This is a very good and convenient service, and I plan to keep it.

Medical Alert has the best price and the best features. I try to wear their device all the time, although I don't wear it around my neck. I have pushed it a couple of times while it's been in my pocket. In the few times I've actually used it, my friends have been able to come over and check me out to make sure I'm okay. Medical Alert's customer support keeps track of me, and if I don't call them once a month, they call to remind me to check the button and have it tested. I think the device can be a bit cumbersome at times. I don't wear it around my neck because the teeth from the back of it have come off. I also have used the clip that goes around my belt area or on a purse.

There's always been someone willing to help me in Medical Alert's customer service department. They've given me answers I've needed and have been really good about it. I've never had to use it because I haven't fallen since I've gotten it. I feel very good about having it incase I do fall or go outside. I was attacked in October by two pit bulls, and the medical alert device literally saved my life. I was able to get in contact with the people who could help me, and the police and first responders got here just in time to help me. I've never had any problems getting it to work, and everything it going right. I can take it with me wherever I go, and I'm not confined to the house with it. It makes me feel very comfortable wherever I go.

I live alone and it's a dangerous situation, especially in the winter. I have two devices. One for when I'm in the shower, and one that is a pendant that I can wear around my wrist. I wear the bracelet all day. It's a pretty good support system, and it's a device that when you fall, it automatically calls for assistance. I think it's a great system, and I don't think they're going to sell me some product that's not worth the extra money.

The main reason I got it was because of my daughter. She works all day and I didn't want to be alone while she was out, so I thought about getting a medical alert. I've had it for about a year now and I haven't had to use it, but there have been instances where I accidentally punched the button and they called me right away. They make sure that I am ok and that's that. I wear it every day and if I go out I take the other part of the machine with me in case I fall. I feel like I'm always protected, I wouldn't hesitate to use it if I need it. I think it's very good.

We heard about it and looked it up online. Since we were interested in it, we got it for the person that wears it. She hasn't had to use it yet but I think she feels very secure wearing the wristband. It is nice that they give you the option to wear the device on your neck or on your wrist. They have been available any time she has called in with questions, when she needs support, and when she checks her device every month.

I think this is good for people who are alone. I've fallen quite a bit and broken my eyes glasses and some things like that before. I think all the people who live by themselves, especially elderly people, should have something like this just in case something happens and they're not able to get to anybody. They were the first company that approached me, that's how I ended up with it. I wear it all day long, especially when I'm alone. I have one alert device that goes on my belt or that I can have as a wristband. I also have the necklace one and I like it since it doesn't weigh much and it's comfortable. I shopped around different places and got the prices for different services. In the end I chose them because they were willing to work with me on my budget. The price is still kind of high for me but it's ok. On any day I put it in its pouch and have it in my pocket. I can take it anywhere I go so I don't have to worry if anything happens. Regular customer support is good, but I've been having problems with billing. They keep calling me to tell me something was paid or something else wasn't. It also makes me really upset when they pull it out of my account directly, and I've got record of them doing that.

I received some material from them that had information about the service so I decided to give it a try. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it but I wear it every day. I also test it monthly and it works just fine. At the moment I'm having some billing problems. My income is very limited so it's very expensive for me. I still have it because I need it.

My mother had it before. When I got older, I decided to call them and get it too. I haven't had to use it for medical reasons at all, I just wear my watch. I don't like the one that detects falls. I can't hold my dog, bend over, or do anything without it going off. I get tired of it. They're too slow to respond too. At this point I don't know what I'm paying for.

I didn't do that much shopping around but I picked it because they had a GPS bit that was portable. Other companies just had one of those stands that only work when you're within 600ft of it. With Medical Guardian I could put the thing in my purse wherever I went. I try my best to remember to take the device with me when I go out. It'd be awful to get into an accident while I'm away from home without it. I haven't had to use it for that yet, but I know it works well.

We got it because my mother's physician ordered it for her. She has dementia so we've had to go back and forth with her doctor to make sure that it's working well for her. Sometimes she uses it, sometimes she doesn't, and sometimes she even boxes it back up. Every time I contact them they make sure that the device is working properly. They're usually also very kind and courteous.

I shopped around for quite a bit before settling on them. Their price looked right and I had heard good things about it from other people so I went for it. We haven't had to use it yet but we have pressed the button by accident a couple of times and they have been very responsive. When that happens we just tell them there's no reason for them to send someone out and that's it. It's very easy to use. Whenever I've called, they answer my questions. I've had to turn the service off and later I turned it back on but they gave me no trouble about it. They're just easy to work with.

I don't use it all that much. Customer service is very good, they answer when I push the button. I couldn't ask for anything more than that. Sometimes my dog manages to push it so I have to explain to them that my dog was the one that did it and not me. The necklace is a little uncomfortable, but I can't wear the one on my wrist either, so I'm just managing with that one.

I live in a retirement home and since I got it I've used it twice. The first time I slipped and fell in my living room. I pressed the button and since I was close enough to the other part I was able to tell them that I had fallen and that I couldn't get up. Pretty soon they came out and picked me up. The second time was kind of similar. I fell and I couldn't reach out to the retirement home's emergency people so I pressed the button and they showed up along with the nurses. On both occasions everything just went well, the thing worked.

I've had it for about 2 or 3 years. They were the first ones I called after I saw an ad or something. Just for fun I called another company to check and they were twice as high in price. I put it on first thing in the morning take it off last when I'm going to bed at night. When I use it, they call me right away. I just got the new device that they have that will automatically call them if you fall. It works very well for me.

I've never really had to use it but I wear it every day. Sometimes the emergency people will come on even though I never touched the button. Usually it's because I put my pendant down too hard or something. When that happens the red light comes on, a voice starts talking, and if I don't cancel the alarm fast enough, someone will come on the line and ask me if I'm ok. It's a bit expensive but I don't mind paying that much for my own safety.

We checked around different services and decided that they gave us the best advantage and service. They just have everything I need. I haven't had much contact with them, but any question I've had, they have answered it. I have the watch one on me most of the time but I recently got the new one. I had seen their advertisements and liked what they said you know. They could respond right away and send medical help, so I just decided to go with Medical Alert. I really haven't had to use it but I wear the necklace every day. The button itself is easy to use. You don't really need to learn how to operate it, you just push the button. Sometimes when I'm working in my home I'll hit it against something and they always respond. I think they're very reliable and their staff is very courteous. It's probably one of the best companies out there for medical assistance.

Since I couldn't pick him up, I needed to have something to call people to help me get him up. He has used it in different occasions, when he gets up at night to go to the bathroom, in the afternoon, etc. since he could fall anytime.

I've never had to use it, thank god, but it's very comfortable. I wear it everyday and I have the control unit close by. I think it's great. Whenever I accidentally push the emergency button they've been there right away. They're very patient and pleasant. They could get upset by the accidental push, but they don't. I've really enjoyed having it. It has been very helpful.

One of their representatives called me and talked to me about protection and all that. That's when I decided I needed to get it. I put it around my neck in case something happens. Though a lot of the time it kind of gets in the way and bumps against everything. Still, since I'm on my own most of the time, and I drive sometimes, I know it's there if I need it. I can use it in the shower too, which is great since I've fallen there before. It's helpful and a really good device.

I just wanted to have one for me and I happened to see theirs, so I ordered it. Since I live on a two story house and I'm mainly on the floor upstairs, it's useful to have. I use it every night and if I'm home during the day. I also often keep it on when I leave or go out. Whenever I have contacted them they've been very helpful with whatever problem I have. I feel safer having it on. I'm happy with it.

At the time I saw an advertising on CBS and I got one for my mother back then. When it came to getting something for myself, I decided to go with them. I've never had to use it, thank goodness. At first I was worried about sleeping with it because I thought the alarm would go off by mistake but that has never happened. I don't have that much experience using it, but every time I have a question they have been more than helpful and they don't pressure you. No question seems to be too stupid to them.

I can't quite remember why I got it first, probably because I used to have it years ago. I had to use it for an emergency a while ago, I think it was because I thought I was having a heart attack, though that wasn't the case. Still, on that occasion and whenever I call, which is a really rare occurrence, they answer my calls and are there right away.

We got set with a different one and paid for that one. In the end we went back and after having it for a bit we decided to try a different one. A few years ago I broke my ankle so I pushed the button. My daughter, who lives a few doors down, was very surprised that they were here within just a couple of minutes. It's a pretty fast service. There have also been accidental calls because the thing went off on its own. Still, I'm satisfied with it. It's better than the one we had before.

I happened to see their advertisement and it seemed like something I could use. I usually put it on first thing in the morning and wear it until I go to bed. They are very conscientious. They've called me because I hadn't contacted them in a while. That time they checked on my equipment and everything to make sure that it was all working and in great condition.

Since I'm a widow and I live alone, I wanted to have something that would alert somebody in case I fell or needed help. I called LifeAlert and then Medical Alert and I just figured they were the best of the two. I've never used it, but I bought it as insurance in case I fell and couldn't get up. I do not like the wristband. As soon as I started using it I got wrist pain. It would come off when I was sleeping and it was made with such cheap materials that it just fell apart. I'm wearing the necklace now because of that.

My father read about it on the paper and we just decided to try it. I have it on my cupboard and it's there if I need it. I don't like the button they gave me that can detect falls automatically. It's so sensitive that even if I swing the thing a little it goes off. I stopped wearing it and as far as I'm concerned it's a waste of money. Still, I do like the service. One time I fell and couldn't get up myself, so I pushed the button. They called us back promptly and got the ambulance for me. The police were actually the first ones to get there but they got the ambulance too. I know that there's a few similar devices that are a little less expensive.
