We have only recently hooked up with the unit. so far, our only complaint would be that the hand unit is scratchy on the sound and hard for hearing impaired to make out. Other wise we are very satisfied.

My first one must have been defective but I was sent a new one and it seems to be working perfectly. It's a little bulky, but I love the fact that the GPS will know where I am even when I;m away from my home. And, I love the idea of it knowing when I fall. Hopefully I will never need to use it.
