Jenny Craig Inc. was founded by Jenny and Sidney Craig in 1983. Today they have more than 700 weight management centers in five countries. The program provides a variety of frozen meals and other foods for dieters to choose from. Food is either shipped to weight management centers where customers can pick it up, or it is shipped right the customer's door. In addition to meals, the company also provides individualized weight loss coaches.
Jenny Craig's website has a number of tools you can access once you become a member. Unlike other meal plans, you have to pay to join, as well as pay for meals. Some of the tools they provide include:

Jenny Craig has been so helpful in planning my diet meals and helping me in my goal of eating healthier. For a reasonable price, these meals take all the effort of tracking calories and nutritional facts for you. They are balanced and taste great. I like the variety in different meals and desserts.

this was one of the 1st meal plans i tried when i was attempting to lose weight to be completely honest it does work but not as well as you would like it to or that they advertise it took me couple weeks before i lost a pound and that was yes without me taking short cuts or going off the meal plan

Jenny Craig food tastes pretty good although I wouldn't say it's all nutritional. The smaller portions are the key to it's success.
