Healthy Chef Creations provides gourmet, organic meals that are delivered fresh to your doorstep. While they do offer meal plans that support weight loss, they mostly offer meals for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This program was developed by Chef John Proccaci, who wanted to make his healthy meals available to everyone. Healthy Chef has no promise of weight loss or even an average weight loss on their site. They do have a page explaining how the program works, and why people feel good while on it. Meals from healthy chef are organic and nutritious. They include the following:

The Good

Customizable menu
Shipping costs

Healthy Chef has a completely customizable menu. Not only can you choose which foods you eat which days, but you can also choose how many meals they send you every day. So if you are someone who wants some of their meals planned out, but still wants the freedom of selecting your own meals, this is a good diet for you. All of the food at Healthy Chef is healthy and organic when possible. Even though it is very expensive, all shipping costs are waved.

The Bad

Expensive
Weight loss statistics

Organic food is expensive. Organic food selected and shipped to your door is even more expensive. Just one meal (dinner) can cost you $27. This meal plan is mostly for sustained weight. They do not advertise, nor do they have stats for weight loss. TBC has a few concerns with Healthy Chef Creations and their lack of information:

This is one of the most expensive meal plan on the market.
There is no money back guarantee.
No information is given about average weight loss.
There are limited images of what the food actually looks like.

The Bottom Line

Even for organic food, Healthy Chef is a very expensive compared to other meal plans. While it's nice that they wave the shipping fee and give you access to a dietician, the cost outweighs this. We also wish they had weight loss statistics on their site, especially for their weight loss meal plan.

The real deal! I have been using a few different meal prep companies over the years, and Healthy Chef Creations is by far my favorite! I can't get enough of their filet mignon and grilled caribbean jumbo shrimp entrees. You must try them ASAP!
