I've had my mattress for about 4 years. It's still in really good shape, but has list some of its comfort recently.
There are a couple of areas that seem to sag compared to the rest of the mattress, but overall still enjoy it.
To help prolong the life, I added an inexpensive memory foam mattress on top. Definitely gave it new life.
