The Premium Plush is the highest end they make. After 2 weeks only a cavity was created you cannot even roll out of and you will need back surgery if you get one, so I payed an extra $160 for a new one and got the same exact thing. For the last few years I only sleep on a luxury futon from Wayfair and i sleep like a rock. Hampton & Rhodes makes the biggest price of garbage you can buy and NEVER EVER but a mattress from Mattress Firm they sell only pure Garbage and will not refund

I don't really care for the mattress that we have now to firm for me hurts my back. I liked my memory foam mattress that we purchased from Walmart never had a problem with it hurting my back like the one we have now that we purchased from Amazon.

They did not honor their promise that I could return a mattress pad that cost 240.00 after spending 4000.00 on a king bed and adjustable frame and warranty. I had to tweet about it then I got a reply. Basically saying we will do you a favour and give you half your money back. I don't understand you will take a bed back, clean it and resell but not a mattress pad?

I did not enjoy my experience at Mattress Firm. All the mattresses seemed cheaply made and way over priced. The sales people were less than helpful. The delivery date would have been outrageously extended. Their prices were almost double on some items from another store. Many of their brands we had never even heard of. I definitely would not recommend.

I didn't like the customer service and the delivery time. It took about a month to wait for the delivery that was prolonged to infinite time after a month. I understand that there supply chain crisis but I just simply bought on the other online retailer. Didn't work for me

Have them a 1 star because I had to choose something. They offer a guarantee on the Matress but when u try to make an exchange u can’t reach anyone. Been on hold twice for 45 minutes and still no answer. Looks like I have to dispute the charges with my bank. Stay clear. They are sheisters

After spending over $2000 on a new adjustable base, the delivery man told me that they don't haul away adjustable bases sold by other stores. I'd already paid $150 extra for this service. I canceled the sale, but Mattress Firm is refusing to refund. It's a lot like getting robbed. Absolutely not a reputable company!!!

Before buying a mattress, I strongly recommend that you study the rules for returning or replacing, with a mattress cost of $ 300, a replacement for another size of $ 130, a return of $ 160, I think this was done on purpose so that the client does not want to change or return.

We returned a mattress and was given a used mattress in return. It came with indents already. They replaced that one and this one is already sagging after a month. Never shop here. Worst experience ever. Wish I had read reviews and check the BBB prior to buying from here.

Worst experience ever! Ordered a mattress online it was set to be delivered 1 week later which didn't happen. They changed the delivery date 4 times.. waited a whole month and a half and still no Mattress! Very disappointing. Asked for a refund but was told it will take 6/7 weeks. Wow! But u took my money in seconds!

These mattresses are by far the worst. I wake up in pain. The mattresses feel like springs are poking me in the back. The bottom portion was poorly constructed and just horrible. I will absolutely never buy another mattress from them again. It is so bad that I do not even look forward to lying down.

We paid in advance for delivery and for them to take away the old mattress. When the delivery crew came out they said we had to give them CASH for them to take the old mattress! My wife uncomfortable with confronting them just paid them the cash. After several attempts to contact management at Mattress Firm this bad review is the end result.

I bought a $4,000 intellibed bed twin mattress. It felt defective like sleeping on the floor. I returned it they charged me 20% of the original price which was $500 plus $100 for picking it up. This is highway robbery and should not even be legal. I would not recommend anyone buy a mattress from them. RIP OFF

Purchased a mattress and box spring set for 1200.00 and it started to dip and box spring is broke in 6 months. They wanted to charge us to send someone out to look at there defective product. Out come they only replaced box spring. Bed is still dipping, oh and they charged us a restocking and delivery fee for there crap product.

The queen mattress I bought started sinking in the middle within a month. The bedframe started falling apart shortly thereafter. The warranty process was incredibly difficult and when I finally got my replacement frame/bed, I had the same issues. I never write reviews. Don't buy from mattress firm.

Do not order online or through chat. It was a complete nightmare. I honestly might cancel my order if the employ such incompetent people. The sales people on chat are shady and messed up my order multiple times. The “customer service” side need a lesson on how to treat customers. Horrible, horrible experience.

When I gave them options for my upgrades they refused them and did not suggest other options. I then cancelled my order because I do not want to do business with a company who cares so little for its clients.

Beware of the mattress protector scam. Mattress protectors don't fit properly, smell, and are overpriced at $150+. Plus when trying to return, they point to small print that says they are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
