I enjoyed banking with them. I signed up for a personal loan and paid it off within the first year, but their rates were extremely low and they were super kind. I had forgotten to sign up for automatic payments initially and they kindly reminded me of a late payment. I called and explained the situation and they were respectful and understanding. I wasn’t charged any late fee.
