I contacted CS to have a rep contact me about lowering my interest rate as promised. When I first took out the loan it was portaryed to me that my interest rate would be lowered considerably. Now that it has come time to lower my rates I only hear crickets...hmmm!

I continue to make payments to the vendors and now my bookkeeping is all messed up. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Customer service is terrible, I tried to call my loan officer three times and emailed him, no response, after I sent my contract into him.. then called the main line and the woman was rude saying they are busy, and kept trying to talk over me when I was trying to ask a question.

Really gave me the run around, was collecting documents for almost a month and each time I provided the documents asked for, the promise of the contract to sign was given,only to be followed by more requests for more documentation. Then finally the loan request was denied. Credit score of 738. They really wasted my time.

Don't reply to any letters you receive from this company telling you that you are approved for a loan. We have ( had before they hit our credit check) very good credit rates and they disapproved us. This is not a good idea for for a loan

As suspected during the initial loan process and getting setup the phone calls to me didn't stop with the loan officer as well as the immediate email followup after account setup. Once you have an account setup, its pretty much gone radio silent My several attempts via email for questions regarding payments have not been replied to.
