Was verbally approved for a loan on Friday morning. Began making plans to finance my interstate move and did not have the funds when best egg assured me they would arrive. Upon calling bestegg, I was assured that there was a “technical problem on their end” that has lead to my deposit being delay for a total of 5 days past verbal approval. Currently on the phone trying to get a different moving company and change flights due to this “technical error.” Customer service at best egg was courteous, but not forthcoming about what the difficulty was that caused the delay.

Not very happy the second time around ! I requested a $ 20,000 loan it was Approved !!!!!!!!!!! with a 12 to 14 % interest rate …. A BestEgg service advisor said I had a option to look at another quote they had to offer and if I didn’t like it I could return to the first quote of 12% well I did check out the other options and it was 18 % so I asked the service advisor to give me back my loan quote with 12% and he tells me the computer kicked it out and he can’t get it back well I was angry and asked to speak with a supervisor or get a supervisor to intervene so the advisor put me on hold for about 2 minutes and said there was nothing they can do to correct the problem so I hung up pissed !
