An error in banking information has deposited my loan into an account that doesn’t belong to me. The Best Egg bank verification did not catch the error. When I called to speak with customer service, I was told that Best Egg will not contact the bank. They made it my responsibility to deal with the bank and request funds be returned even though I don’t know where the money was deposited. I am not a lending institution and my name is not on the account where the funds were deposited. Seems like the “verification” process should be more thorough. I’ve received a bill for funds that were never deposited in my account.

You guys are nuts! My credit score for transunion is 800, for equifax is 804 and my fico score is 785 and you said experian is 767. All of these scores are considered very good to excellent. All of my credit card accounts HAVE! been paid as agreed and I have a $0 credit card balance! My newest credit card is more than 4 years old and some are as old as 11 years! The only thing correct in your letter of rejection is "lack of installment information". Can't you see that that is what I am trying to do. Best Egg is the type of company that tries to keep people down in order to keep the rich rich and the poor poor! Go ahead and try to dominate the middle class. Have a merry christmas. I'm sure it will be nicer than my family's! Don't worry about me bothering you again because I will be too busy looking for an honest, reputable lender and badmouthing the Best Egg company to anyone who will listen. Thank You for NOTHING! K.S. When a person has a good credit score you loan them money. Even with a good standing best egg loan that's not good enough to consolidate and borrow again with Best Egg because my score changed. Stop asking to check for offers that its clearly obvious I don't qualify for. Why even ask? I had a good vibe at first when I originally took out a loan but quickly realized its credit score first, not on time payments and good standing, credit score first. When I pay this loan off eventually I will make sure and never borrow from Best Egg again. If you want to help others including myself, stop using practices like Synchrony where your credit line is reduced or cut off because of your score even for on time and payoffs.
