I feel they’re was Good communication and understanding of what was needed to complete loan. Interest rates are way too high even for my credit and the amount of money I make I feel wasn’t taken into consideration for lower interest rates

If I would have had the option for direct pay to pay off my motorcycle loan, then this review would have gotten 5 stars. I think this is something that Best Egg needs to look at. It's nice to have the discounted rate to pay off other creditors, but I should be able to pay off vehicle or motorcycle loans also.

Very quick processing and clear explanation of cost. I wish they offer more options to fine adjust the amounts of loan requested in the hundreds instead of 2,500 increments. If I want 10k, they only offer 12k or 9.5k.
