Easiest loan process I've ever been thru. I'm in my late 50's and I've had a ton of loans in my life. Person banks, credit unions, etc...... Also the quickest I've ever dealt with and did everything they said they was going to do. After I pay this off I'll be back for a car load for my wife.

The process is thorough, direct and easy to follow. The only portion of the process that I would alter comes close to the end when monthly payback options are discussed. I don't prefer to have regular, direct debts scheduled to my bank account. The loan process seems very close to coercive on this point. I pay all of my invoices by check and on time. Checking my credit history details will verify my claim. It would be nice to have that option without being charged a premium to do so, even before you have first-hand knowledge of my payment habits. I found the application process extremely easy, all information regarding the loan is spelled out, the customer service was great. The personal loan rates are high but I am using this to consolidate credit cards. I will be paying out half of what I was paying, monthly, in credit card bills and they will we paid off in a set amount of time.

This is my second consolidation loan through Best Egg. My credit cards minimum payments were getting out of control. The monthly payments were only covering the interest and not covering the principle. Now I can pay them off effectively and not pay so much interest. And their process was very user friendly.

I like Best Egg because once I applied for the loan it was approved in a very short time. They put the money directly in my bank account and I was able to write checks from it right away. They gave me a much lower interest rate than my credit cards were charging and that was the reason for getting the loan.
