Had received several "pre-approved" offers from different companies but when I took them up on it all of them but Best Egg reneged on the pre-approvals or offered lower loan amounts and high interest rates. Best Egg was upfront and honest with their approval requirements, their loan amount and terms. They offered me exactly the amount I needed and a rate I could live with in order to get out of mounting high interest credit card debt. They were easy to work with and their customer service is fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

This company is amazing. Out of all the other loan companies ( rated in top 10 ), Best Egg beat the APR and fees by HALF! If I wouldn't have researched this company, I may have been forced to go with someone who made me pay double APR, higher monthly payments by at least $80, and higher fees for the loan. Thanks Best EGG. You really saved me a lot of money and piece of mind!

I am usually really skeptical especially online. And myself don't trust user reviews especially with so many scams online. Through nerd wallet when I saw best egg and their quote of best interest rate among online lenders, I went ahead and applied. It took hardly 15 minutes to have the loan approved. Even the delay is me uploading 2 docs online. Am surprised with the process being so easy and really a great help. Simply the best.

This morning, I responded to bestegg's "pre-approved" loan offer I received in the mail two days prior. The entire application process online took 15 mins to complete and the interest rate I received was much lower compare to similar offers I received in the mail as well. Eight hours later, my loan was funded and was deposited into my bank account - bottom line - the entire loan application process was very simple, easy and quick! Awesome! Thank you , "bestegg"!

Was a little nervous about the offer at first. After doing the math several times, it was a no brainer to go through with the loan and consolidate some bills and credit cards to one payment and save money in the long run. Had a lot of help from customer service. They were very nice, not pushy and were genuinely concerned if I had a question or was a little anxious at first about taking this loan.

The process was easy and fast. I liked the fact that you was able to check your rates and loan terms without effecting your credit score. It took approximately 2 days for the funds to be transformed to my financial institution. I was asked to provide last 2 pay stubs, last year taxes, which I was excited about the fact I was able to take a picture and submit, once they received the documents required, I received an email that with updates. This by far was the easiest loan I have ever applied for. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a loan.

I responded to a preapproved offer I received in the mail. I applied online for the amount I needed for my home improvement projects. I telephoned customer service twice to ask questions about the loan process, interest rates for me, and loan amount comparisons. My loan was approved and I was sent an email to confirm the approval. Customer service was great. People were knowledgeable, patient, and easy to understand. They were not pushy and sound as if they enjoy their job. I did not have to upload a lot of documentation and my loan amount was deposited in my account in a couple of days! How cool is that?

Excuse me as I pick myself up from falling off a log...yes it was that easy of a process to obtain my loan from Best Egg. The application, document loading and validation portion took 15 mins, and lot of that was me double checking info. I had a quick question that I email to them after the process was done, and they answered it within minutes. The next day I go to the website and get my "Congratulations, Your Load is Approved" message. A total pleasure to do business with.

We had applied for a loan through lending club and were waiting and waiting. After 2 weeks of waiting I contacted them and they simply said that there were alot of loans to go through (I think that means it's time to hire more people) and that they would let us know when they get to ours. The process for applying and receiving approval was on par with other loan servicers, if not faster. It was a relatively no-hassle experience, except that the upload documents tool on the site is a bit confusing with no confirmation for days (if it's outside business hours) that the actual document was received. There was also no update made to the document required status (after over the phone I was asked to provide more documentation) until the "Approved" page appeared. Also, don't try to call after say 5pm PST because, despite the fact that there are no office hours listed on the site re: the 1-800 number, no one will answer. In fact, you'll sit on hold, "waiting for the next representative to be with you in a moment" for over 20 mins before the system eventually just hangs up on you with no message, no warning. This simple fix (saying in your system that your phone hours are e.g. 8AM - 5PM PST) would be a huge customer experience improvement. Overall, pretty happy with the process despite these hiccups. The entire process was the easiest and quickest I have ever gone through. The process is all online and Best Egg is very quick with their responses. I submitted my information to Best Egg on a Friday. I had a response from them the next day as they needed more information. I provided the information late that Saturday and on Tuesday the funds were in my account. They are good.

Best Egg saved me financially on several occasions when unexpected and unforeseen situations arose in my life. My credit was not excellent but it was good. You can't expect an unsecured loan of $10,000 if your credit is bad. But, for the working individual who tries to keep his/her credit good, you will appreciate Best Egg. The experience with Best Egg loan was great. They asked for some documents, such as W-2 tax information, which I provided. My loan was approved the next day. It was very easy to do business with them, and get the loan I needed, with a minimum of paperwork or them taking a long time to review my application. By far the easiest process! It's no different than any other lender, and it took me under 24 hours to be notified that the funds would be transferred to my account within three days. Interest rates, too, are no different than any bank lender. A couple of documents were uploaded and verified, but that's standard. I definitely would come back, if I needed to. Literally save me a lot of money over time.
