I did not want to hear about a rejection, I wanted to see how much my loan balance is as of the december payment. It is a 24 month loan and I have paid half so far and just for knowledge and what do I get? Something not asked for. V.

You cut me off while I was typing my issue and you should have allowed me to finish because I have no credit because I ain't never used credit but I did pay progressive lease in less for over $600 and got afor income now of $841 with $2,500 back pay due March 1st,2023as well as $841 on the March1, 2023

Horrible experience After several days of jumping through hoops and being spoken to very rudely, I am then told I have to submit more and more documents AFTER I had been told my loan WAS APPROVED.... I finally just pulled my application, All smoke and mirrors, tell you one thing and then do something completely different and when you speak up they talk to down to you as if you are a child being punished. Not accepting rude customer service and 27% interest. Capital One is offering me the same loan at 8.9% So as it turns out the rude agent at Best Egg saved me A LOT of money

Not good! Was immediately informed my personal loan had changed ownership but nothing would change. Was informed my payments would be on the 12th, then the 13th but still no auto debit has been made. Instead it says debit made then “reversed.” The website doesn’t keep you logged in so you have to log in again every time you navigate through the site! I ended up not being able to log in or navigate to review payment activity. Of course it’s a Sunday so they’re unavailable. This is not at all the experience I was hoping for. In a word: Best Egg sucks!

I find the results of the inquiry appalling, I have an annual income of $174,000; with a mortgage payment of $1208, and only one auto payment of $367 per month. I have also paid off early, a previous $35,000 loan to Best Egg. I strongly suggest adjusting the algorithm of the screening system. Regards, Mr. D. Long Sr.

You are nothing but loansharks, trying to draw people in with the potential of a low - or at least normal - APR, and then offer “loans” with APRs triple that! You’re insane, as well as unethical. With my salary, and a FICO score of 668, which isn’t horrific, the APR offered was ridiculous. Unfortunately, there are people desperate enough to pay almost 50% of the loan amount - an additional $7,000 in interest - over the life of a 3-year loan. I’m not one of them. Best Egg is on the same level as a common, thieving criminal.

Credit Karma indicated I had an "OUTSTANDING" chance of being approved for a loan from Best Egg with a 790 credit score. In fact, as it turned out I had no chance of being approved by Best Egg. Filling out the Best Egg application for a loan was a complete waste of my time.
