In one word........EASY For us it's pretty easy to get a loan from our bank. The challenge using a bank is the time it takes, usually 10 days for a personal loan. Rate were very close so no issue there.

I just think there could have been a little more communiction such as confirming that my personal documents were received safely and securely and an explanation of teh deduction out of the loan amount, I think it is probably processing fees? Buyt 300 seems a bit high?
