I didn't like the representative instantly calling me while I was still reading the apple and keying in info. Pushy and totally frustrating. He wanted me to leave the current open application to get an email with a quote instead of letting me finish the application, read terms, and decide for myself what I was going to do. Otherwise it would have been a quick easy process.

The process was seamless, the rates were reasonable considering my credit and income, and the funds will be deposited directly into my bank which is a little tiny credit union in my city - you have to love that.
