The process was easy enough and the money showed up without much delay. The issue is the high APR which I will add is lower than some credit card companies but it’s far to high at 18% with my credit score I shouldn’t be over 10% thus I most likely wouldn’t take another loan from them.

Do not be fooled when they claim how fast they are, or how smooth the process supposedly is , which it is not. Application was started on a Thursday, Application approved by Saturday, Best Egg requested a picture of a voided check which was sent as soon as I recieved the email. Monday they said "congratulations, and welcome".... I recieved a notification that the loan was funded. Tuesday I called to see if there was anything else that I needed to do, and asked a few questions. The lady was abrasive, agitated , and acted like she was irritated that I called. This lady informed me some what hatefully that the funds would possibly be transferred the next Monday. 😳 DO WHAT ?!?! That means after the entire process is approved and says "The Loan Is Funded" it takes over a week to transfer said funds to my account ! ( so much for the 1 to 3 buisness day claim ) ! If , and I do mean IF, it the funds are finally transferred by next Monday , THAT MEANS the entire process took over 9 days , or a total of a week and a half ! AND hopefully when or if you have to call that you don't get a representative that's having a bad day or is hateful. Not sure how I'm feeling about this company thus far , time will tell . 🤔 Wondering if I made a mistake .🤷🏽‍♂️

The process initially is easy. However, once in the final stages, I found the company deceiving in their practice. It was with great effort that I saw, after I approved the pulling of the credit, et al., for final approval, that it took up to three days to hit my account. I was up against a costly deadline, and three days was unacceptable. I called the number and spoke to Kenna, who assured me it would not be later than the next day. I explained that I did not want to move forward with this if there was any chance of a delay. She helped verify my bank and said the deposit would take place in 1-3 days. I retorted that she had assured me that it would not be three days and that I had explicitly said that I did not want to get through with the loan if it would take that long. She then stayed with the 1-3, which could be 1-2. I guess I will find out tomorrow. But I believe they say whatever is necessary to get the loan done. I should not be surprised. I hope I will not have to formally complain to the appropriate governmental entities for deceptive practices. But be forewarned about any talk of same-day or next-day deposits because you will have difficulty finding their policy of 1-3 days.
