This was a very easy process. I was able to apply, send documentation and get approved in less than a day. I will be paying off 4 credit cards. The interest on those cards combined was over 55% APR. I'll gladly go to a lower APR and have just one small payment per month.

Quick and easy process. I wasn't sure it Best Egg could give me a better rate than my current credit card given my current credit, I was wrong they beat my current credit card interest by almost 4%. I especially loved how easy it was to complete everything online!

Don't hesitate to apply. This is NOT a payday loan company! This is a great way to obtain an unencumbered loan, meaning you don't have to give them your car title or signed checks. You simply have to agree to pay the money back every month for the agreed upon amount of money and number of months.

I had been getting adds in mail from Best egg for over a year and did think much about them. Decided to remodel kitchen and look for financing. Pulled out recent advertisement and did some internet checking. Loan approved 5 mins for 35k with great terms and money in account in 2 days. Best experience ever.

BestEgg had the best interest rate by far, even taking into consideration the origination fee. The process was easy and quick and I had the money in my checking account within days. Most of the loans I was offered via Lendingtree had sky-high interest rates and were not for the full amount I needed. Also, some of their offers didn't add up.

Pros: Easy to apply, quick (funds deposited into my account in 2 days,), Communications were excellent (kept informed as to status), No pressure or gimmicks, easy repay plan. Cons: up front fee financed in loan, high interest rate. In fairness my credit score was average. There was full disclosure up front. If one needs funds and isn't in a great bargaining position, I recommend Best Egg.

I am a very recent customer. The application process was very easy and straight forward. Getting the needed documents to them was super easy. I called and spoke to humans when I had questions. No prepayment fee. surprised I couldn't borrow less than 6001.00 but you can just pay extra and give it back. The money went into my account so fast and I needed it quickly thanks to a hot water heater.

Almost too easy. All important information is very straightforward - no hidden bullshit. Best rates I found anywhere by far and I did some homework. Perhaps too many mailings and emails hounding me to pull the trigger but understandable they wanted to close the deal.

Your representative, all three, were patient, courteous and professional. I truly appreciated their knowledge and approach to my questions . Each questions was answered to my complete satisfaction. My only disappointment was in the flyer stating that I had been approved for one amount and when I applied the amount you approved was substantially less, even though I did not ask for the full amount.

Good customer service and it was easy to obtain the loan and for the transfer of funds. I liked the interest rate, it was better than my credit union. There was an origination fee which I wasn't crazy about but if you're not borrowing a lot of money it's not a big deal. They need to fix their phone service, couldn't hear and my call was dropped twice. Other than that it was great.

Customer Service was great! Needs a little work, I was told I needed a government ID besides my birth certificate when I only have my birth certificate. They pushed this multiple times until someone said “oh, we couldn’t see the seal very well, just send another picture of it” that was frustrating because this lasted about 3-4 days. I got my loan the next day.

I have gotten many loans over time from vehicle loans, bank loans, credit cards, and equipment leases. This is by far the easiest loan I have ever gotten. My credit score is not horrible but it is not an 800 either. My only negative is the admin fee that was charged being slightly high, other than than zero complaints.
