I had some credit cards (hours cut at a previous job so had to pay bills with CC) I wanted to pay off with a lower interest rate. I have never been late ever with any payments. I got the response they would not help me. They advertise they give lower interest rates for consolidation. If you are not going to help people, don't advertise that you will...
