I would never get another Loan with Best Egg. I make a payment every month of $1,000.00 wanting to payoff my loan as soon as possible. Talk to them every month . I want the balance of my monthly payment to be put on the principal. Instead of doing that they spread it out and put in on monthly payments. Today is January 7th. 2020. They show I am paid through July 2021. Who do I have to talk to, to get it corrected without calling every month and getting the same information. Please fix this.
