Do not deal with this company!! First off, I was told that i get a $100 gift card if i accepted my loan. No disclosure that it took 30 days AND after making your first payment to get the gift card. I was told it was just for "accepting the loan". Come to find out, that was all a lie. I was planning to use it for Christmas and now i wont even get it until well into january. If i ever do get it. Second, everything about the documents they required is shady. I had to supply 4 pay stubs and a W2 to verify my income and employment. Even tho my W2 and my most recent pay stub dated 2 weeks ago are both from the same organization and clearly state my gross income. That still wasnt good enough and they needed a bank statement showing that "money went into my account" before thy would consider it income? wth? What i do with my checks after the employer pays me is my business. I dont have to deposit them!!! Then there was the "conference call" with my bank to verify my account was legit, in my name, the routing and checking account number, and that it had been opened within the last 60 days. All because i dont have checks. Because who uses checks anymore? I havent needed, or used, a check for 5 years now. So, when i opened this account, i didnt see the point in wasting my money or trees to print something i will never use. Apparently a bank statement and a snip from the online account showing my name, routing #, and account # are not enough for this company. no. We had to waste 30 minutes of my time on the phone calling the bank for them to tell them exactly what the documents i provided showed. Then there were the 4 phone calls about an annual bonus that were beyond ridiculous. The customer service reps are rude, dismissive, and condescending. I have NEVER been so frustrated and so insulted with people on the phone that i lowered myself to their level of rude and condescending. That is how bad the calls were with these reps. The reps literally laughed at my questions about why they needed proof the income went to the bank. I still dont understand what that has to do with getting a loan approved. As long as a i make the money, i can burn my checks if i want!! Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. I dont even have my funds yet and i am over this business and looking for ways to pay it off and refinance elsewhere.

The Interest rate I received was extremely high and that is why I rated 3 stars. I believe a 23% interest rate is far too high for someone with excellent credit.
