Was "pre-approved" for 10k @ 17.12APR. Called to set up loan and was denied, resulting in a hard pull. Zero delinquent accounts, zero negatives on report, and more than enough income to pay off loan. Huge waste of time.

They force customers into new loan (from Freedom Debt Relief to Consolidation Plus). You end up paying far more than your original debt, after making payments to FDR for months then the new loan with CP.
