Although our system does work to identify the best-matched candidates for your job, there are several other tools that we encourage all customers to take advantage of to help better their chances of finding the right candidate and filtering out those who do not meet your standards. We do have filters that you can apply to your job ads like the skills section which uses the algorithm to match candidates who have the specific qualifications you are looking for. I would be more than happy to personally walk you through adding those filters the next time you may consider using our services again when you have hiring needs! I understand your concern with the pricing as well, we have a wide variety of plans available at different costs and plan options are always different according to your hiring needs and you have the option to cancel the account anytime.
