Zip recruiter makes it easy to find jobs in your area and they make it really easy to format and add your resume experience to your profile. The fact they post a estimated earnings is also nice so you know approximately how much you can expect to earn should you get the position.

I would say Ziprecruiter is one of my most used job search tools. I like the fact that it can be used as an app on my phone and it also has the 1 button apply button. It has helpful things to assist in creating a resume, and it has little short tests to verify your skills to potential employers. Like all job board sites I have used so far, whenever you upload information or apply to a job, about a dozen unsolicited calls and emails start to pour in and can last for up to months. That would be my biggest complaint and because of that, I have a hard time recommending any job board, even zip recruiter to others. Although I have had some potential employers reach out when I have applied, for every legit employer, I'd get about 20 scammers calling.

ZipRecruiter has actually landed me several good jobs over the years. I finally found a great job I am happy with, complete with health/dental insurance and even a 401k, and still I get job offers in my email from Zip. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

I found a wonderful job through Zip. I uploaded my resume and applied for some jobs. I ended up getting a call from a recruiter for a job that I didn’t even apply for just from seeing my resume on Zip and it has turned into a very good opportunity.

I like how I get alerts on available jobs in both wothin location radius and my area of interests. I set up alerts for different job paths, too, since I have worn a lot of hats. It keeps me aware of the current market even if I may not be actively looking for work.

Their system is a great one and really helps when I need work and don't want to have to apply to every single place. The ability to load my resume into the system is a godsend!

I heard about Zip recruiter from a radio add and decided to try it for our business. It is very well known so I feel like they have a lot of people who use it. It ended up being a little more expensive than I had hoped. If you are a larger company that is hiring many people its worth it but for a smaller company only looking for a few positions its a high price point.

Was hiring for dental assistant, got multiple resumes for dentists (not helpful). Job was filled July 22nd, they e-mailed us asking if job was filled, responded it was, they continued to bill us through October when we called about the credit card charges, allowed one month refund for 2-3 months of illegitimate charges. Had used service in the past to place month-long ads, renewed as needed. They now auto-bill and continue job ad until you catch the charges, which makes no sense for a job ad company, should renew ad as needed-WILL NOT USE AGAIN, and do not recommend them unless you pay EXTREMELY close attention to automated charges to your credit card!
