Office not very helpful or knowledgeable. I try to solve problems myself. The 800 number seems to be more helpful...that is IF u can get ahold of a customer service rep that can be UNDERSTOOD and has some experience in the field!

Used Metro for the portable hotspot, the MiFi I believe it's called. Spotty connection and extremely slow data despite it being unlimited after reaching a certain amount of data usage. Maybe I picked the wrong plan, but you would think unlimited means unlimited. Probably will not use again despite the concept being great.
