I had the free version for a while and I was always having trouble with the box that they install in your house. It was constantly disconnecting and we would follow the instructions the customer service person would give us but ultimately they would just have to send someone out. This happened multiple times and so we no longer use them anymore.

Service goes in and out constantly. Not reliable at all and when you contact customer service they try to blame it on everything but the tech. Never had a full day of work without problems or having to jump from one part of my house to another chasing weak signals.

They are not stupid ..they are proud stupid. They cut my existing at&t service line 6 days before my installation appointment. Upon asking their rep told me the trenching rep comes before the installation tech & that's the way they do it. They take pride in doing the business in stupid way.

Garbage, crashed when it worked, then when they put in our neighbor’s they broke our line, so we haven’t had wifi for almost a week. Then when we have an appointment to get it fixed, the guy doesn’t bring the right gear and we won’t be able to get working internet for another two days.

Got Google Fiber installed today. I have the Fiber (Router) and Mesh Wi-Fi extender sitting 10 feet apart looking directly at each other with nothing on between, and can still only get a yellow signal. What a joke. Cancelling tomorrow.

Nightly outage after midnight every night. Took 3 technicians to come out in just two weeks to get it to work but now we have to endure nightly outage after midnight it’s sickening. I’ve never actually hated a service as much as I hate google Fiber!!!

Internet outage again, happens every other month, this time lasted for 14 hours with only 2 updates. Said it would be fixed by X time and passed that by 6 hours. Very hard to run a company from home with continued outages. I've had service with them for 2 yrs now, and regret it

Completely horrible as big as google is that the service and support are this bad. No one knows what they are doing and cannot give you an straight answer. Install still has not occurred after 1 month and they outsource to a third party they cannot communicate with. Just in AHHH.

I had appointment for 2 gig installation. I am already a customer, not too happy but I stuck with them. Appointment was made 3 weeks before. They were supposed to come today. 2 hours before they cancelled. This is not the first time they pulled that on me. I am done with this company.

I thought Google Fiber 1000 would be instant response but it’s not. It’s gone down a couple of time that requires a reset of the modem. The TV that goes with it freezes and garbled. We are going back to Xfinity. Way better and more reliable.

My wifi went out so I requested repair from Google Fiber. The earliest the repair could be schedules is 12 days from the time the problem was reported. My service includes TV, internet, and phone and all 3 are out. It is inconceivable to me it would take 12 days for repair.

The service has never delivered a consistent internet connection. The customer service side is even worse. If you get this service expect poor connections and 3-5 days of waiting. I am getting 4 meg downloads yet paying for 1000 meg downloads. Spectrum is terrible but not nearly this terrible.

This is the worst! This service is very fast and NOT working! I'm pissed just thinking about how bad the service is! I can't view DVR show, it constantly freezes, my wifi is so slow to connect and drops calls when I'm standing next to the box. What are freaking scam!

We've had Google Fiber for several months and have been completely disappointed. We're paying the exact same price as we did with Uverse and getting about half the channels. Where is AXS tv? Where is TV One? We would return to Uverse in a heartbeat if we weren't under contract. Guaranteed we will switch back the second we can.

Absolutely everything is awful. My wifi connection has been awful and my cable boxes must be restarted constantly due to the consistent dropping of connection. Even after having the main jack replaced, the wifi and cable connection remained terrible.

My experience with Google Fiber has been mixed. At work the connection is excellent and fast. But at my apartment complex, it is slow and bogged down with users and I often have to use cellular data to do what I need to do.

Google came to my house and installed their box after I was an ATT fiber and U-verse customer. They pulled my ATT wiring from my ground, sliced the connections, and I am now 48 hours with no internet or television.

Absolutely ridiculous. Openly admitted they charge you twice if you pay in advanced. Randomly will up your bill $20 a month just because. I need to reset it every 10 minutes or it doesn't work. Awful awful company.

Slowest internet service I have experienced since dial up. Youtube videos fail to load even at 144p. Service will work fine for a couple of hours and then slow to a crawl. I even had the Google front page timeout.

Wifi does not work in certain rooms at all and in most others it is very slow. It also took a few months to be installed. I definitely would not reccomend this to a friend or family member.
