Its a dedicated fiber optic line just to your own house. You are not sharing like some other big companies share the line with the neighborhood. This means I pay for 1 gig download speed and actually get the 1 gig download speed. These guys are bringing in fiber optics everywhere throughout my state and its an awesome deal/rate for what you get. Just make sure to get the correct equipment as you have to buy your own Mesh Wifi system if you want Wifi throughout your house. Its a 1 time buy and worked out great for my household.

Very reliable. Great speeds. It's only been down a few times. Has great TV options as well.
