The price for Utah Broadband is great but it may be a case of you get what you pay for. We frequently had our internet service going out or it was spotty. We had a dish on our roof and anytime there was wind or a storm, the internet would go out and we had to have someone come fix it. And of course, the worst wind storms are on weekends and they would not be able to fix it for several days.

Great customer service and great value. Technician went above and beyond his job to find the perfect spot to get us a good signal in our home.

We used Utah Broadband for a few years because the rates were great. Every time there was a storm, it seems like our internet would go out and then it would take the 1-2 days to fix it.

I was hopeful about Utah Broadband but when they came out to our house, they said they couldn't provide service due to some trees that are in the way. How does a large internet provider not have more options than just one straight shot through some trees?
