I thought Google Fiber 1000 would be instant response but it’s not. It’s gone down a couple of time that requires a reset of the modem. The TV that goes with it freezes and garbled. We are going back to Xfinity. Way better and more reliable.

My wifi went out so I requested repair from Google Fiber. The earliest the repair could be schedules is 12 days from the time the problem was reported. My service includes TV, internet, and phone and all 3 are out. It is inconceivable to me it would take 12 days for repair.

The service has never delivered a consistent internet connection. The customer service side is even worse. If you get this service expect poor connections and 3-5 days of waiting. I am getting 4 meg downloads yet paying for 1000 meg downloads. Spectrum is terrible but not nearly this terrible.

This is the worst! This service is very fast and NOT working! I'm pissed just thinking about how bad the service is! I can't view DVR show, it constantly freezes, my wifi is so slow to connect and drops calls when I'm standing next to the box. What are freaking scam!

We've had Google Fiber for several months and have been completely disappointed. We're paying the exact same price as we did with Uverse and getting about half the channels. Where is AXS tv? Where is TV One? We would return to Uverse in a heartbeat if we weren't under contract. Guaranteed we will switch back the second we can.

Our google fiber went out on Monday and we can't get a service man till Thursday, Agent said call in and see if someone cancelles their `service appt to get earlier appt.....One more of these and I will go back to the bad cable companies.....Service Sucks

Initially I was with Google, but after a week of nothing having to reboot the network box every 5 minutes, I am longing for my very reliable AT&T back. Whatever the speed it means nothing if you can't get reliable service

Absolutely everything is awful. My wifi connection has been awful and my cable boxes must be restarted constantly due to the consistent dropping of connection. Even after having the main jack replaced, the wifi and cable connection remained terrible.

My experience with Google Fiber has been mixed. At work the connection is excellent and fast. But at my apartment complex, it is slow and bogged down with users and I often have to use cellular data to do what I need to do.

Google came to my house and installed their box after I was an ATT fiber and U-verse customer. They pulled my ATT wiring from my ground, sliced the connections, and I am now 48 hours with no internet or television.

Absolutely ridiculous. Openly admitted they charge you twice if you pay in advanced. Randomly will up your bill $20 a month just because. I need to reset it every 10 minutes or it doesn't work. Awful awful company.

Slowest internet service I have experienced since dial up. Youtube videos fail to load even at 144p. Service will work fine for a couple of hours and then slow to a crawl. I even had the Google front page timeout.

Wifi does not work in certain rooms at all and in most others it is very slow. It also took a few months to be installed. I definitely would not reccomend this to a friend or family member.
