DSL intermittently drops out and needs modem reset at least once a day. Service tech was helpful in finding and fixing a physical connection issue. Telephone help line was ok but would be hard to follow if you don't know how to log into and navigate modem parameter editor. Download speed goes down to 5 Mbit/S during peak hours. Such is life in the low speed internet boonies of NH where you're at the mercy of a single provider.

My Internet service went down on Sunday June 18 and I was told a technician could not come until the following Thursday, June 22. I took a vacation day and waited at home from 8:00AM until 7:00PM, finally calling technical support who confirmed my outstanding ticket and told me the tech. would be there the next morning, Friday. I took another vacation day and waited at home another 11 hours, no tech. and no phone call. I called tech support once again and this time was told Monday, June 26. I took another vacation day, no tech. and no phone call. Called tech support and was told Tuesday, June 27 another vacation day, no tech, no phone call. I called and was told Wednesday. At this point I told them I could take another vacation day as I had already taken four vacation days. I was told they can only fix my service if someone is home. I am still without service. Unbelievable!

Internet works well just added phone service recently no problem so far the only quarrel I have is when you request service the service technician never calls ahead and the window time frame is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

One of the worst companies I have had to deal with customer service is the worst very rude and condescending, somehow my bill goes from 0 balance to owing 300 dollars and when questioning customer service they had no explanation except for the fact that I owed this amount and would not accept proof from me which I have, in the meantime i am fighting this, I would not refer this company to any one period! And as soon as I can find another internet service I will drop them faster than the service they claim to provide

They sold my account to another company without properly informing me. Service tech had no idea and just kept telling me to check back online in a few hours if I still couldn’t view my bill. Didn’t get a paper bill from the new company or anything. Would have missed the bill if I didn’t track down the number from the incompetent techs higher up. Poor service as well as customer service

since we signed up with consolidated communication it has been a problem- Avoid this company if you can, Their pricing is terrible, customer service is terrible, repair request takes one week for technician to come out to fix the internet and it goes down within few days again, for first month of service we were out of service for half of the month

Since my old Cable Company was bought out by Consolidated, I’ve had nothing but problems. You can’t reach tech support because of the long wait time. I’m thinking they planned the long wait so you hang up. Nothing in my house works as advertised. How is it I had great service with the previous company and after buy out, I’m getting bad service?

Since having this service, our family has had nothing but negative issues. The list of problems includes poor reception including constant messages of "poor internet connection", bill more than doubled with no explanation or increase in services, when requested to lower to internet only, bill remained at high rate for months, and foreign accented customer service too difficult to understand on a regular basis.

horrible customer service. Email is sometimes randomly deleted. Other times, I get multiple copies of the same message. Some messages I send are never received. One day the server deleted over 2000 of my sent messages and they could not be retrieved. If you need webmail, avoid this company at ALL costs

Rude customer service that never knows what they are talking about. Technicians that never show up. Internet that is slow if it works at all. Random charges on bill. The absolute worst isp. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
