USAA issued a credit card to an unknown person in my name. Guy spent $9,000 and never paid a dime. Ruined my credit scores. Called PrivacyMaxx and got Lori R on line. She listened to the problem and sent a package of info. She took the case and worked it to a perfect solution. She was like a pit bull and held the companies and the credit bureaus to account. She kept in touch until we were made whole again. Awesome company and above excellent representative. So happy to have them on my side. These people will protect you and your financial status. Recommend this company to anyone.

My elderly mother, 84 years old, asked me to look at a reoccuring $24.95 monthly credit card charge from TGI *Privacy. I called TGI and they told me they keep an eye on your social security number to prevent fraud. I told them my mom did authorize this. They told me my mom must have ordered something on-line from a third party and the third party received her authorization for their service. I told them my mom is 84 and does not know how to get on-line, she doesn't even text! They told me they would refund 2 months. I called her credit card company and found she had been charged for 19 months. The charges will be reverse d and I will be reporting this scam to the Utah Attorney General. This is a scam!!!

I'm not sure if this is a scam, but I had a bad feeling about it. I received a 30 free trial when I purchased a product from Nexus Formulas (I'm not sure about Nexus Formulas either and I returned their product before even trying it). I really did not know about the PrivacyMaxx trial until a letter came to me about a week before my trial was to end. I tried to call the customer service number. After about 10 tries I finally got to speak to a live person. I intended to cancel, but was talked into extending my trial for another 2 weeks. The person would not let me cancel until I checked them out a little more. She would not take "no" for an answer. The biggest thing was that they had my credit card number and I never gave it to them. I started checking out PrivacyMaxx and did not like what I saw. After a couple days I tried to call them and cancel the trial but never did talk to a person after trying the number over 15 times. Their option is to leave a message and they will call you back. I tried again the next day and left another message. I finally received a call back. I told the lady I wanted to make sure and get the trial cancelled and she started into the sales pitch again. I finally raised my voice and told her I just want to cancel. She finally complied. I told her that when you can't talk to someone if you call that kind of defeats the purpose of what they are trying to do, protect my data and privacy.

Horrible. Signed up for 30 day free trial. Realized I was covered thru life lock. Called to cancel. They offered to lower the price to $6.95 a month and I could put family members on it. Agreed to this. Then I got a letter saying they would be charging my account 19.95 a month. Because of this I again decided to cancel. Still within my 30 days. I have called 5 times, was told wait would be more then 5 mins. I was ok with that. I was then told to leave a message. I did. They hung up. After doing this 5 times and still not gotten a return call, I mailed them a cancellation letter. Horrible customer service.

I work at an Area Agency on Aging and just helped a 80 year old client cancel this product - she had no idea what she signed up for or how it worked. Not only that, but they sold her some shopping club as well, taking a total of $25 out of her checking account each month. They say she sent in a postcard asking for this (after they offered a 'free' $100 shopping voucher) and that is how they got her account info. This company targets seniors and sells/shares their information to other entities. This poor woman gets many, many calls and cards a day now from companies trying to provide her with'free'gifts - all in attempt to get her money. This is not security protection, its a big scam preying on the elderly!

PrivacyMaxx attempted to lure my grandmother into a rebilling free trial and offered her the $50 gift card sign up bonus. When she tried to cancel after receiving a letter from this company stating the rebill will be $24.99 per month and not the rate she was promised she tried to cancel unsuccessfully with 3 different customer support numbers. All 3 numbers had no live agents or even a robo assistant. ZERO SUPPORT! She is contacting her credit card company now to block this scammy and potentially fraudulent company.

I honestly do not remember to sign or authorize any service with this company. I received a letter on 05/11/2019 that my supposed 30-day no obligation trial will expired on 05/13/2019. I call on 05/11 and 05/13 and the representative just tell me I am going to receive a call I never received. I am expecting where the $24.95 charge will be debited to dispute that charge. Seems like a SCAM!!!

i am unable to get into any web sites relating to products, services and promised free gift for trying this service for 30 days. All web sites are unavailable which means to me the company is a phony and will rip you off -take your payments and pocket them without honoring any terms and conditions to their policy. Redeem my free gift for the restaurant discounts and send them to me immediately then I may change my review.

Stay away from PrivacyMaxx. I spoke to Hosea to cancel and still get phone calls and then a letter saying they will be taking $ from acct. Most of the time they are not available. They hard sell coupon pkg and gift card & say you can cancel anytime but ignore your request to cancel. And all you get are useless coupons.
