Their process is a little bit tougher to deal with when you have been frauded. They want all the details, proof, etc. Which how the heck would you know all of the details of who ever frauded you and when n where, you just know the transactions. So I gave them as much information as I possibly could and they did eventually help get most of the fraud off of my account, but IMO there are better companies out there. This was years ago, so I don't know if their policies have changed since when I was with them.
