Liberty Mutual ID Protection

I am a victim of Identity Theft & in the process. When this happens everything is halted! No bank account no way to cash checks ect. Library Mutual sent my policy to collection. I been in contact with Liberty Mutual and the collection company CCS USA 725 Canton St, Northwood MA I owe two hundred dollars and I am have been trying to pay and reestablish my coverage! Sounds simple right!! NOPE IT IS A COMPLETE JOKE!! I been a customer over 15 years! This company seems to have branching off into 3rd party Corporation sucking the life out if The Working Class for their L.L.C. Corporate banks. I have proof of my identity theft yet the Liberty Mutual Cooperation is not allowing me to keep my policy PENALTIES me by default penalty on a new policy in the state of Michigan just to have renters insurance and storage insurance!!!!!! Not one Liberty Mutual specialist is willing to give me an amount for new policy until after I pay 2 hundred dollars (why can't I make one simple payment?) It appears as though to be a sick joke and appears that I am going to be changed an amount and have to pay in full for the year...but Again NOT one agent will tell me the amount 👍🤡 The Liberty Mutual Agent was arguing with me saying that it's not Liberty Mutual fault and they should not be penalized because I was not able to pay. IRS investigation closes everything down!!

I really like that they have lost documented wages from an employer included in the coverage. They also cover loan reapplication fees if your first application was rejected due to fraud and they provided personal assistance to help me monitor my credit and mediate between me and my creditors. The agent customized our coverage so that we only paid for what we needed & got a discount because we had all of our insurance with Liberty Mutual.

Not a good insurance company to begin with but they had the ID theft protection included in the package and I never used it or needed it so I'm not sure how good they are at protecting personal info.
