We have been in our newly built home for 6 years. Upon our move, we asked what type of HVAC system would be put in our home. Upon them telling us Goodman, we were quite pleased, as this was the brand that had seen us through many hot summers and cold winters of our last home of 34 years. Although we had to replace that original homes Goodman unit , we knew that having the same reputable brand installed at our new home would give us peace and satisfaction. Last month we had a funny noise the HVAC started making, it was still under warranty for parts. I called the company and since we also had a home warranty through a company, a repairman from them came out. Right off from the noise the HVAC was making he knew what the problem was. Our part was free, small service call fee and we were back up and everything working fine. Total satisfaction.

Replaced an old mini split with a Goodman 20kbtu model. I was able to do the replacement myself because the lineset was still fully charged. I had inherited the previous model and it had been on its last legs. I did the replacement in 2017 and other than periodically cleaning the fins I have had to do nothing to it.

Goodman produces great affordable HVAC systems. I have first-hand experience of Goodman installed in 4 homes and there have been no problems. I would definitely recommend Goodman over any of the top tiered, proprietary, over-priced brands.

The unit and installation were a bit pricy, but after checking around the size, warranty, and after purchase service was better than other companies for the size unit I purchased. I don't have to worry about service and maintenance of my unit and system. I make a call and a service tech. is dispatched to take care of any issues.

This company has been around a very long time. That should tell you something about them. All my units have been great!! We recently just replaced a 25 yr old unit.. You dont see stuff lasting that long these days!! Good job Goodman

We purchased a Goodman 5-ton 14 SEER heat pump AC in 2014 and have been extremely pleased with the quality & the efficiency of this unit. The difference in prices between the Goodman & the other brands is well over $1000 yet the difference in efficiency is so minimal if there is even a difference. I highly recommend Goodman HVAC units.

I put a Goodman furnace and A/C in one of my houses around 10 years ago. Besides the normal maintenance, fan motor, capacitors,fuses I have had no problems.
