I contacted Village Plumbing (VPA) and they informed me that they could not get a technician to check the leak I was having for two weeks. Then they called after a week and informed me it would be another three weeks before a technician would be available. I did not communicate with them again and a technician never came to my home. Fortunately. after the first call I contacted another company to take care of the leak.
