Legacy Home Comfort will send a technician to your home twice a year with the HVAC maintenance agreement. During their visit, your technician will ensure that your HVAC system or gas fireplace is working correctly, tighten wires, test all safety switches, conduct a humidifier test, and more. Plus, you get 20 percent off all other repairs and $400 off a new HVAC system, should you need one.
If you sign up for the fireplace service plan, the company will send out a technician to do a full safety inspection and cleaning once a year. Additionally, you get a 20 percent discount on all repairs and a 10 percent discount on upgrades (remote receivers, etc.).
Currently, the HVAC service plan is $49.95 per month per system. The Gas Fireplace service plan costs $19.95 per month per system.
Military and seniors receive a 5 percent discount.
