BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! They wont cover something if it wasnt maintained properly. If you're buying a house. How do you know if something was maintained properly or not? And its your responsibility to understand how HVAC and appliances work to know if the previous owners did proper maintenance. Here is the kicker. They send out technicians that decide if something was maintained properly or not so they basically have a golden ticket to get out of covering anything.
