I had a contract with HaHa for about a year, before my first incident. They called a Contractor, then when the contractor got to my house, they would not do business with HAHA, If I wanted them to fix the Leak, I must pay for it and let HaHa refund me, I called Joe at HaHa, Told him I would pay, he just refund my money. He Agreed. It was only a $340 repair. I sent all of the documents to HaHa, 2 weeks passed nothing, I waited until end of the month, Nothing, I emailed, Received the comment, Oh Yes, it is on my desk about to be mailed out. It. took me several more emails and calls. 90 Days Later, after I threaten Better Business Bureau and cancelation of my contract, they sent me the Refund. I have canclled my Contract. Due to lack of integrity on HaHa Part. I only do business with Honest Companies. I could no longer do business with HAHA and I do not Recommend them.
