Fidelity home warranty is a scam. My claim that my a.c wasn't cooling was denied because of the location of the unit. They couldn't even give me a reasonable lie.

Company is the worst with doing what needs to be done constantly got excuses could never get a hold of customer service and then when I finally got in contact I always go the run around nothing was ever done

They do not have service providers on a Friday afternoon or weekend. Be careful when signing up. Not worth it for critical home systems
