I called for my refrigerator and they arranged for the repair guy to come. The first time I called during the Covid-19, they said don’t be surprised if you don’t get anybody but I was able to get someone here. I had to wait a couple of days. They seem pretty trustworthy though they cold not replace the unit when they could repair it.

Superb company to deal with Home Warranty issues. I had a problem with my AC not cooling down. I filed a claim and within hours got my claim assigned to a technician. I got my AC Compressor replaced in a matter of 2 days. I am an extremely happy customer who will be referring a lot to CCHW. There is no reason for my family, friends and relatives not to enjoy the benefits I am enjoying. Kudos to CCHW. Talking about EFFICIENT, hassle free claim filing experience.

Complete care has been very good. My heat pump went out so I called and made the claim, and within 24 hours it was fixed. Repairmen usually don't come out that fast, so I was very pleased. The contractor that came was wonderful. He went out and fixed it, told me what was wrong and told me how to prevent it from happening in the future. He also gave me the information I needed.

Alan C was the man I contacted. He was awsome in his ability to assist me. He initiated my claim ,& told me a service person would contact me in 24hrs. If I wasn't contacted I was to call back. I called back the next day. I got a local company McGee Heating & Air to come out. Alan spoke to the repair man & the repair was paid over the phone. Alan was the most professional person I have dealt with on this type of situation. He was professional & took care of my problem flawlessly. Alan is indeed an asset to your company & I greatly appreciate his help. You need to clone him.

Received great service on our Whirlpool washer and when they had exhausted all possibility of repair, we received an allowance toward purchasing a new washing machine. Very happy with coverage and allowance toward purchase of new appliance. We recommend COMPLETE CARE HOME WARRANTY.

The claims rep was knowledgeable, asked several questions and got someone out within a couple of days. The technicians were timely, experienced and I haven’t had any issues with them. Complete Care has been able to take care of any issues that we have brought up and they have been helpful about it.

Complete Care Home Warranty covered a bit more than the other companies and their service call fee was less. They've just been super easy to work with. Their contractors usually come out on the same day or next. I highly recommend CCHW. They've been professional, courteous and focused.

I got ripped off by other home warranty providers in the past but decided to try Complete Care after my friend recommended it. Looks like there are still some good guys out there. My water heater broke and they sent somebody out to fix it very quick. Great experience overall. Would recommend.

The telephone number that is on/in my contract is not a good number when I called today 09/23/2024 @ 10;59 a.m. I keep getting a message that says 3241 test successful and I have repeatedly received this message after dialing 6 times. They have never informed me if their number has changed and I have had a contract with them since 06/11/2021. I have no way of getting in contact with them and they have the same number on the internet when I checked a few minutes ago. So how do you contact them if they do not have a valid numbr. I will contact the CA attorney general today to see if they can get in touch with Complete Care Home Warranty. My contract doesn't expire until 12/11/2024

This is by far the worst company. We live in Texas. In August our air conditioner went out. We called and said we would get a call back within 48 hours. Never came. I called back the third day and was told I would hear from them asap. I said this was unacceptable. 105 degree days and not even a call back to SET UP an appointment! I asked for a mgr. She stated to go ahead and call an air repair company and that I would be reimbursed. I sent in the invoice, called to check on the status of the account 3 weeks later and was told the claim was denied. I said to cancel my policy anda send the balance due. I paid in full for 3 years coverage. We had only had the policy for 4.5 months. We have never received our monies due and it seems the company has shut down. Phone number goes to another company and no way to contact on the web. It states the website has been taken down. If they ever open back up, do NOT use them. Nothing more than CROOKS!!!

I won't recommend Complete Care Home warranty to anyone, that is the worst one t This is the worst home Warranty I ever had. I called for service on my A/C, first three local A/C companies, told me We won't take orders from this warranty anymore, they added" we have already told them" I was the one suffering in hot days, as a result, after one week my A/C is down still, do not have Idea when it's going to be fixe, Finally after 5 times Me calling and asking for help, they send a very chip tech. I canceled my contract with Complete care home warranty last may, 2022 still after several months, and filing a complaint through BBB, this company has not refunded me yet. Complete care home warranty should no longer be in business. I am going to ask the NJ / NY Licence office to take its license away. My policy # 561489926 term : 01/01/2022- 07/01/2025 By the way, I have provided them my credit card, and bank account info as they asked to refund me, still (12/1/2022) I have not received any refund or response yet.

STAY AWAY. First my dryer went out. They said the replacement part cannot be found. Offered the cost of the part replacement only. This should be an entire dryer replacement. I am not sure what constitutes non-repairable. A RIPOFF Second was a repair an under sink garbage disposal. Surprisingly, well now not so much, they had no plumbers under contract in a metro are within the top 30 of the country. I paid the bill and still waiting for the reimbursement check. The repair occurred in Nov 2021 and it is now August 2022. STAY AWAY. Oh yeah, they never offered the opportunity to renew. Another reason to stay away.

I signed a contact with this company last year 2021 and on February 2022 I have an issue with my refrigerator they denied the claim and they gave me $350 Instead $1880 to be fixed I tried to cancel my contract I went through hell and 45 days ago my custom built in microwave kitchen aid stop heating they offer me $100 to replace the microwave I thought that was insulting I have been a trying to cancel my contract for the last three days I called four times I was on hold for five hours yesterday and today they told me to cancellation team not working you need to call back tomorrow I asked for a supervisor they told me there are no supervisor today I have to call back tomorrow and I was on hold for at least 45 minutes I have to call again I was on hold for 35 minutes and I have to call from different phone number I strongly suggest no one to sign a contact or to do business with this company trust me they are a scam and thieves I’ve been going through hell for the last two claims I’ve been with this company for over a year and a half and I have no claims prior to this

Avoid this company at all costs! I’m glad I only did the 1 year warranty instead of the 5 year warranty they tried to bait me into. I have a Kenmore stove that I bought around 2004, this stove was extremely well maintained. The circuit board went out so I contacted the warranty company. They said they couldn’t get the part, but they would send me $180 to go on eBay to see if I could get the part and have someone to put it in. What???? Isn’t that what I signed up with them to do! They told me I could either take that or nothing. This was in February 2022. As of May 2022 I am still waiting for the $180 check. Don’t let the smooth talking customer service bait you in!

CCHW only cares about getting paid. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign. 1st experience took about 6 months to complete. Control board died on a 2 yr old washer. They would not order the updated part numbers, I finally got the right numbers and paid for the parts since they said they would reimburse me. Servicer came out repaired machine. 3 months and many calls later, I get reimbursed. Chalked the experience up to pandemic crap and stayed with them. Drain pump goes out on same washer. File claim. 1st servicer doesn't work with CCHW. 2nd servicer is 70 miles away and doesn't service my area (I don't blame the servicer) 3rd servicer will not schedule until CCHW pays for past jobs. I canceled policy immediately and they didn't argue.

I am an investor and have used several different companies. This company is horrible! Don't do it!!. I decided to give them a try. I sincerely regret it. They sold me a warranty to cover plumbing. We are having plumbing issues. I purchased septic tank policy and they made a mistake and covered the Pool and Spa that I do not have and because I did not catch their error in two days, they refused to change it. I put in a service call for the plumbing over the phone. I was told that I would receive an email with the company that would come out. I never received an email. When I called they said that hey said that since the toilet is flushing then there is no failure. I spoke with a supervisor and she said the same thing. I asked her if she is a licensed plumber to make that decision. She said "no". I asked her then why are you diagnosing. She could not answer the question..... My advice is DO NOT BUY their warranty. It might be cheap now, but when you have to pay for your own repairs it will cost you later. Why did I say poor value? If they don't repair, then They will say that only people who are upset post a review. That is not true. If that were true they would not have good reviews for purchasing and price. Because I have two issues in the bathroom. They are charging me two service call fees. The same plumber is coming out. Making one trip and they want me to pay twice. If I pay twice, he is coming out twice. I will make him leave and come back another day. On their website, they have Google reviews of them, but I only see the good reviews. Yes, it was easy to set up the warranty. Yes, the person was kind and courteous. The problem comes with them when something breakdown. In other words, when they are taking your money the service is great. When it is time to use their money, it's not. Good luck getting something fixed.

I chose this company because of its good price , while you should know you won't get anything for the money you pay. They only sent me an email with a brief and vauge policy and after 9 months when I filed my first claim for the air conditioner, I found why they are cheap. After several calls and being on hold for hours and talked to 4 supervisors and managers, they denied to pay for a new A/C and tried to interpret technicians reports to what they had in their mind from the beginning. Technicians were saying frequently that the damage was due to wear and tear , but they declined. I will follow up because I don't let someone else make my mistake and work with them just for a little better price. You won't get anything for the amount you pay.

Complete Care is a total rip off they took 400 dollars from Me and not the 45 monthly payment then didn't refund Me after speaking with Manager on a Monday called back Friday because of no refund still and they said that they do refunds on Fridays!!! Which was a lie also!!! Then later that night after I had to file a dispute with My bank they turned around the same night and took another 45 dollars from My card!!! I advise any and everyone to stay far away from these cheap slick thieves!!! Just pay the more expensive Company like I had at first and never had anything like this trickery happen to Me!! So like they say You get what you pay for!!! Buyers beware!!!

So I paid for the annual subscription of complete care and thought things would work out. I filed a claim for an appliance that stopped working and they never reached back to me. I call back two days later and they said I never filed a claim. After that I filed the same claim and it takes them 3 days just to give me any update on it. The company they referred me told me that they didn’t have a payment arrangement with them. After that they send me with another company and they also said they didn’t work with warranty’s. It literally took me a whole week just to get an appointment. They say and promised every day that they would call back and nothing. Then they go to try and fix my washer and they said that it broke too soon and close to the time the warranty started. Like for real what does that mean?! I’m over them and it sucks because I pod for annual subscription. Let’s just say I won’t be using them ever again.

The company does not operate legitimately. We paid for a warranty late 2021 and then in mid 2022 attempted to contact them for service. We called and left messages, tried to use the webform yet could not complete it and then the website was shutdown and the phone number stopped working. We called BBB and at first they said we could ask for a refund yet they won't answer anything so we can get a refund. STAY AWAY!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Not sure why they are allowed to do business. NY won't do anything about but then again what do we expect from a state like them

WORST customer service ever received. Covered AC claim made in May, Claim has not been paid. All emails and phone calls have been ignored. Have never been able to talk to anyone about this. I have over 4 years left on my policy term. Want to cancel policy and get a refund. Again, emails and phone calls have been ignored. Can't get an answer when call. Either my number is blocked, or they have changed numbers or gone out of business. Will be making a claim with New Jersey's Attorney General of Consumer Affairs.

CCHW is a ripoff like every other warranty I've purchased. Once an appliance is old enough to fail, they offer a "prorated" replacement value. I had a $1600 refrigerator fail. Tech said too expensive to fix. Replacement fridge is $3000. CCHW offered me $200. Complete care WILL NOT protect you from expensive bills to repair or replace failed appliances. Save your money and do not give it to CCHW.

I don't see an option for a ZERO STAR REVIEW so I have to give them the ONE STAR that they don't deserve.p If you ever need something fixed over the weekend, don't buy this coverage. They make you wait 48 HOURS before they'll even assign a contractor! And of course you're flat out of luck if it's an emergency. They obviously don't have enough contractors working for them otherwise it wouldn't take 48 HOURS! Well this is my last day with these people.

I have made 2 claims of which neither was repaired. Made over 60 calls and left on hold for over 20 minutes several times. The service companies told Dane (in both cases) that the appliance needed full replacement but they declined. My total out of pocket cost was $6500 for my air conditioner and $600 for my microwave. I asked for a refund and was told I had nothing coming even though there is 20 months remaining on my “contact “ Stay away from this company.

Be careful of their marketing. It looks like an official bill that comes in the mail demanding $300 or they’ll send it to collections. We never used their services. They didn’t have up to date information so it was easy for us to tell it was fake but just watch out.

This is the absolute worst company. We submitted a claim back in APRIL and we still have not been paid (we paid for the parts AND for it to be fixed out of packet). My husband calls them EVERY DAY and has yet to get help. Today he was on hold for 37 minutes, 58 minutes and over 2 hours…all of which only led to him getting hung up on.

Bought two policies from this Fraud and paid in advance for several years, turns out they are not even licensed in California, they never act on claims and none of their claims phone numbers work, neither does their claims email, they take your money and disappear, sales persons number is also not in service, lost several thousands of dollars, FRAUDS, RUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.
