They've got a great warranty. Our policy took care of our heater this winter. It would not warm up, so they arranged for local service. They were on time and repaired the heater. I am so happy that I signed up. This is a money saver!

When the AC went out last year, I didn't have coverage or help or anything that would have made getting a new one easier. Thankfully, when the washer and dryer both went out, we had coverage. Everything is back on track and it was far cheaper than I originally anticipated!

I think that getting the home warranty was the best thing that I could have done. This warranty has bailed me out a few times and with a small deductible. I am really happy with my warranty. If this was offered for renewal at a reasonable rates I would like to renew my policy.

The contractor explained what he needed to do. Overall, the repairs that were done have been outstanding. With HSC, you ain't got to worry about finding a trustworthy contractor to come and do the work. I have had them for two years now and I'd tell others to get it. It's worth it.

I have a 8 year old dishwasher which was covered under my policy with the Home Service Club. And a good thing, too since one fine morning the door literally fell off! A repairman was sent over and figured out that the doors left spring had snapped off. It wasn’t even broken but he put a brand new one in and replaced the right door spring also.

When we bought this house, it came with a 1-year warranty from HSC. We've been with them for nine years now. When I submit a claim, I call and tell them what it is and whoever's coming to fix it would call the next day and tell me when they're coming. Also, their prices went down and they got a little more coverage which doesn't happen often.

Calling someone to repair an appliance sounds expensive. Calling The Home Service Club when the washer was leaking did not bother me at all. Someone came out to the house and put on a new drain hose and the problem was solved. I'm so glad I have my home warranty plan here.

I really like the fact that some of the technicians who came, especially for the HVAC, were thorough enough that they were not only focused on fixing the particular problem that I mentioned, but also looked around for anything major that may be causing the issue. Truth be told, I can't believe we went so long without a home warranty plan. With The Home Service Club when the appliance acts up or breaks down, we won't have huge expensive repair bills. Plus they offer online claim service. I'm so glad we finally woke up.

This company has come through in a big way for us, our 12 year old fridge just died. They sent out a tech and he came told them the fridge had to be replaced. They had Lowes deliver us a new fridge. We are very happy with the service.

My garage door opener fritzed out and randomly started opening and closing the garage door. After the batteries were removed, a tech was called, and a new set up was arranged. Home Service Club were the heroes to conquer the glitch.

Children are naturally amazing and incredibly demanding on resources. Somehow, my teens were able to trigger a problem with a built in microwave. I couldn't figure out how to replace one or buy one that would work easily. Then I remembered it was on my plan and I called them. Turns out it was a quick fix and we were back to normal.

When you are exhausted, have made dozens of phone calls, and finally decide that maybe something can be repaired instead of replaced, you're already feeling overwhelmed. Home Service Club followed up and helped me allivate that feeling. My washer is back to full function and my dryer is on the schedule for the handy man.
