I had my ceiling fans fixed and my attic fans also. The contractors make it a point to always leave with a clean work place. Love their job! I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. At first there were major setbacks with their service, but in time, they really proved me wrong a bunch of times with a great improvement in each claims process. I will now be extending my contract for 2020. Their sales rep are so nice btw. These guys are just getting better and batter. Way to go HSC! I am a proud client.

The Home Service Club was part of my purchase package with this house. That was two and a half years ago. I've renewed every year since and will continue to do so. They are immediately responsive and provide competent repairmen who arrive on time and do their job. They have replaced several items in the house that were in disrepair and replaced them with quality products. I would highly recommend this warranty plan.

I have used this service for years and was satisfied. A week ago I called to file a claim about a part that became detached from my dryer. The service arrived knocked around something in my laundry room and said "You need a new part". This was obvious since it was detached. He said that he would file a report to let HSC know that it was from normal use and the part is just flimsy. Well, it's been almost a week. No report was filed, other contractors were called but they were not aware that I would not be paying another service fee. The first guy cashed the $95 service fee check and did NOT fulfill his obligations (file a report). I spoke with about 6 agents this week to no avail. The same song, we will call another contractor, However, this is no good if you don't explain in advance that the service fee will be covered by you. During one call it was so noisy in the background I asked the young lady if she was at work. This entire experience has been a total nightmare. I am a cancer patient and my nerves are so plucked for this lack of customer service. And the contractor that was sent has a BBB rating of F! I submitted an email and ask for a refund and that no further payments be taken out. What a nightmare!! February 8, 2022 **Update** I was contacted by a Corporate Manager Victoria who agreed to rectify the problem and facilitate the repair of the washer. Thank you! Rating changed. Happy customer!

After speaking with an HSC customer representative, Sophia R, I am satisfied with their response to continue this contract and have the next service call customer cost waived. Ms R provided sincere regret for previous issues. ———— My contract needs to be cancelled immediately. I believed I was paying for a home warranty service - instead, the two times it was utilized (AC Heat and a dishwasher) the service from HSC was very sub par, I ended paying more out of pocket for those instances as there was always a loop hole for them (HSC) to gauge additional money for the supposed worry free replacement components. It took 8 weeks to have a broken dishwasher replaced - of which I ended up spending as much money to buy the unit and ended up paying the installation costs as well. I have found several reputable repair contractors avoid going through HSC - I now understand why!!! If and when I get hold of a representative -they state they do not have a corporate office and cannot manage to resolve issues at any level. I have started diverting as many people as possible away from HSC. I may seek legal counsel to take action to cancel this policy immediately. I will be talking to other military base personnel to spread the word about this company being a total waste of hard earned money.

Problem solved with the Home Service Club! My pool filter was not doing its job well which was when I finally decided to put in a claim since I had subscribed to a comprehensive plan with HSC. At first, it was taking to much time in getting back to me for a contractor. After 3 days of waiting, HSC rep scheduled me with a visit and inspection right away. The tech came to my house and inspected my filter unit. He went out to get some parts needed, good thing his shop is just within our neighborhood. Tech was back and fixed the unit in just 3 hours. Saved me around 900 dollars with this repair, what a relief! Thank you.

I can't believe they didn't answer my calls. I was on hold the entire weekend! I just needed to have my AC checked since it has been too hot here in Miami. I can't take it anymore. By the way, i hope this review gets to you guys, coz i am desperate to get your attention. -------UPDATE--------- So here's the thing, about an hour after I posted this review, my phone rang and a rep from HSC was on the line. He told me that they have received the claim which my wife had previously brought up through their hotline. They immediately set me up an appointment with an AC guy nearby. The AC guy came by to our house at around 9am today and checked out my unit. Turns out our unit was just due for its periodic cleaning so it didn't take long before the AC went back up and running to cool our home. After the repair, HSC called me to check up on our repair and I gladly said that it was taken care of and we are grateful. To my surprise, they actually apologized for the delay, which made me feel pretty good but kinda guilty. Well, I realized I may have over reacted with the slight delay but with the service they showed me, I didn't think they deserved that 1-star from me. I may have only called once and waited on hold for around 3 minutes then hung up. My wife called and spoke to them she said she was not on hold that long. Its been kinda of humid by me and I may have let my temper write my previous review. I normally would let things go but they were really nice to us. We have been a customer for 3 years and they have done well by us, all the other home warranty companies we have had really suck and only have long hold times. What's important is they handled my concern fast and even as I was being kinda of rude to them they were nice and took care of us. I may have to apologize for allowing my emotions to get the best of me in writing that review but I guess this update may suffice and will hope to a more prompt response from you guys next time. Sorry if I was rude to the rep I was talking to yesterday. Thanks.

I heard about Home Service Club from the bank and I needed it since I may require it sometime in the future. When submitting a claim , I simply approach the telephone and they do all the rest. The collaboration and service given by the repairman have been great up until this point in spite of the fact that I've had two or three terrible encounters. One company that was conveyed didn't do generally excellent work however HSC secured it and sent another person and that was all great. The contractual worker I had lately did a great work. I've had HSC for a long time since I I heard about them and I would recommend it to friends.

The service man that HSC sent was a such a pro. My washing machine was not working well and my dryer wasn’t heating but he fixed all. Since it was around the afternoon that he came, he didn't finish it. But he came early next morning, on time and got straight to work. After the repair, he even told me to call if I had any more issues or concerns or if the appliance would not work again. i was so impressed by this and his gesture to really ascertain that my stuff would be working well. love how these guys work. This is a must in all homes and for families to have a stress free life. never doubted these guys. great job

okay so we had a shower and a bath tub that were making these strange noises plus the faucet was leaking??!! I thought everything was falling apart. I called them guys and they sent out a plumber/tech to come look at it and everything went great. Now, no more noise or leaks. really helps that there are no squealing or strange sounds when we shower or bathe. the transaction was so easy. very impressive. The professionalism of the contractors were very high . they were so thorough in the repair and even told me some suggestions and stuff i could do to maintain the good working condition. we've contacted them with almost all the problems at home and we're so glad and pleased with the whole program.

I have recommended the company to many people who have also have had equally positive experiences. Adequate and comprehensive coverage to protect my property. I am satisfied with the offered coverage and plan to continue doing business with the company in the future. Very competitive rates when compared against other comparable companies that offer the same coverage. I compared the rates and this company gave a better rate, so it gives good value for the benefits provided. This company is easy to contact and seems to be available when needed. I haven't experienced long wait times on the phone and customer service is reachable and seems to also be there with good hours.

After signing up with HSC in January, my tenants called me on Superbowl Sunday saying the heat was out in the rental property. I wasn't expecting to file a claim so early in the year, but their empathy and customer service were fantastic! HSC was able to get a technician out the following morning (within twelve hours of placing the initial claims call) and the job was completed within a few days. HSC called me daily with updates and was an extremely helpful liaison between myself and the repair company. I sincerely hope I don't have to file another claim soon, but if I do, I know I'm in exceptionally good hands.

I bought a home last year and negotiated a 1 year home warranty as part of the deal. The seller picked the warranty and we had a horrible experience with them when our AC blower unit died in the middle of summer. As it's time to renew, I shopped around for a more reputable company and found Home Service Club - so glad I did. Prompt follow up to my inquiry and they were both helpful (I had a lot of questions) and friendly during the call. He shopped for discounts proactively and even delayed the start date of my new coverage with HSC to align with the end of my current policy. So far, their customer service is awesome... Thanks!

Calling their line and sharing my concern was incredibly easy They made it very simple. Just a little while after my call, literally, within an hour they have set me up with an appointment with the technician. Very polite. He was able to come over within the next 24 hrs. He fixed the problem with no mess and even taught me some maintenance tips. These guys are great! BTW. I have to admit that i was a bit iffy on getting this processed coz i learned some negative comments with my pals. There is no question, it made me very nervous! since I had a tight budget and little patience. He was able to fix my unit quickly. He was professional on the phone. This experience was great and definitely sharing this to my pals!

My best friend spent time trying to recover after a tornado struck her home. She was always helping others but she didn’t have a warranty and for some of the damage, her insurance didn’t cover it. Several of us in her neighborhood pulled together to help her and the others affected by the storm. Thankfully, there weren’t many others. Once she was restored though, I bought her two-year warranty with HSC. Appliances that weren’t initially affected by the storm directly were covered when they wore down. It has been nice to see she was able to get things done with less stress since. A little peace of mind goes a long way.

If it wasn't for the services of this company, I don't know what I would've done this last year. They say things happen in 3's - well that is what happened to me! In the span of 4 months, my fridge, washer and dryer all went up. My refrigerator overheated for some reason (at least that is what the technician said) and the cooler element had to be replaced. This is not a cheap repair I understand. The washer just stopped turning - we'd put laundry in and it would fill with water ok but then it wouldn't start spinning, it just sat there. So Home Service Club got that fixed for me really quick which was great - I only had to go to the laundromat once. Turns out my dryer issue was a blocked vent outside. I had recently had my house painted and the vent got painted shut so it was taking 3-4 times as long to dry my clothes. Once the vent was freed clear, my dryer started working normally again. I had a really nice experience with them and would recommend to others, especially if you have a busy family like I do!

Let me start off by saying this is the most helpful agents in a company I have ever dealth with. And that includes other, non-warranty companies. I learned a lot and feel very good about the decisions we made on our claim and the new system which we had installed at the house. We had a central air conditioner replaced and a central heating furnace as well. We got a better price than we get locally and a discount after we decided to change the furnace too which was over twnty five years old and was huffing and puffing, and I really mean huffing and puffing. I was home after work after five in the evening and they were there sometimes till later working extra to help me. The service install company was responsive and came out again to take full measurements after we decided to include the heating with it. I cannot say enough about how impressed and grateful I am for the help and the service we received. I would give more stars if I could. We are very happy with the new systems and everything is working much better and just like we expected and were told. Not every company makes you feel like you are not alone especially at first when I was nervous and frustrated adn uncertain about what's going on. Everyone quickly turned it around and I was confident and happy. I imiagine I am not alone who gets extra worried when things like this happen, so this was very helpful for someone like me. Perhaps I dove in and learned more about it than I ever desired or intended, but the process was made so easy that it did not seem like too much until after it was done and I looked back on it. To make it short I am very happy with everything.

On 2/12 we filed a claim for a dishwasher and on 2/13 for a refrigerator, only to later learn that both likely went out at same time. On 2/14 a repair man came out to look at both, and then looked if the microwave and coffee maker were working. After some time and looking at everything, and finding that half of the electronic things in the kitchen were working and half were not, it was determined that one of the electrical lines was bad and not the appliances. The repair said to have an electrician look at it and if some appliances still have problems afterwards then to call him again. He did not take any money and said he would lower the service call charge for thte warrnaty company since it was not his issue, even though he spent a good amount of his time here thoroughly looking at everything. On 2/16 an electrician came and spent some time looking at everything, reading his report from warrnaty company, and calling them on the phone. He did not communicate much at first and after almost 2 hours we asked him what was going on and he said the work was already approved by the warrnaty company, one circuit had wiring issues and he was almost done. About a half hour later he was done and everything turned on. The microwave had an error code and we coudl not get it to work, but it did turn on whereas before it was just dead along with the other applaicens we thought had issues. We called the appliance tech the same day and he walked us through what to do and we got it working without the need for him to come here again. So far everything is working as it should and no other issues have occureed since this course of events. We paid our deductible to the electrician and that was all we were involved in. A relief in diguise that we needed the electrician because we really did not wish to replace any appliances which we like and most of them are pretty new. We are happy with how it went and the service.

I had been with these guys for a few years now and aside from a couple of small things have not really needed to use them much. That changed recently when the heating went. The system was original and over twenty years old and so was the matching cooling system. Repairs were quoted to be almost $2200 for a bad motor, cage, and compressor which was pulling wrong amps and was on its last leg. Freon we could have salvaged but there was no point in such a repair and the Freon was the old type. After going through a bunch of options I decided to go fully through with the recommended solution suggested by Maya at Home Service Club. They supplied high efficiency equipment according to manufacturer's charts, including a bigger coil to meet all requirements and performance. A new pad outside was also put in and the tech even helped me get some of the weeds out of the ground and out of the way. I paid the difference that was left after the warranty coverage and ended up with a new heating furnace and whole new central cooling system that are designed to go together for a great price after coverage. Only good things to say about the repair company that did the install, I rated them 5 stars with Home Service Club when asked. Everything is clean, smooth, and working great. Received a follow up call from the tech to make sure all was good, and received a follow up call from warranty company to make sure all was good and done. Can't ask for anything else.

There was a miscommunication but I got happy with the effects in the long run. I needed a leaking tube in my roof so I named that Thursday and advised Home Service club essentially what my difficulty was. An tech called and guaranteed ahead out that evening but never arrived and never known as again. The very next day I called HSC and explained, "Hey, I certainly have not heard again from the contractor that guaranteed ahead out yesterday". So HSC dispatched someone else by Friday from the local company plus they were fantastic. He saw that which was wrong, the fact that pipe wore away and he explained how to proceed and then Mon he'd be again. That quit the damage therefore i was pleased with that. Mon he returned and repaired it. Good Support!

What a good plan this is. Never really had a warranty plan for my residence before and didn't believe much about any of it. Signed up as a result that it sounded great and my pal signed up with me also. Almost forgot I had it when my boiler discontinued heating. Just got a nine hundred dollars repair done onto it and everything I paid had been my deductible! I'll remember i have it now, absolutely worth having.

From beginning to finish, nearly no time has passed whatsoever. We filed a claim to really have the HVAC unit checked out at our renter's submission. Renters were alerted and called. After a comprehensive check, a component was purchased and a scheduled appointment produced at renter's comfort to really have the part changed and the machine fully operational once more. Would definitely suggest both the home warranty company along with the servicing company!!! Nuts fast and useful!

In HSC you can easily budget your money. Because the price that the HSC show is not expensive and it's a light weight to the pocket.So if you are planning to fix your appliances on your own just don't do it. You just need to get your phone or telephone and call the HSC! They will go to your house in an instant and fix the broken appliances that you have. Me being a member for 3 years and hsc never disappoints me.

Our smoke detectors went off even without any smoke. It couldn't be silenced. I called the HSC immediately so that no neighbors would be bothered. They had a contractor come the next day, fixed it. Thanks a lot! Update: My smoke detectors have been working fine for the past 5 days. Shoutout to my neighbors that have been so patient with my defective alarms. Thanks again HSC for the assist.

I had two toilets in my house that was having a clog, probably because of my 4 year old son who loves to put some tissue there. I logged in to HSC to place a service and within 5 hours of waiting, someone is already outside our house and told me that he was the plumber who HSC sent to us. I was pretty disappointed since the plumber did not tell us he was going to come on that day. So we had to cancel our plans!!! He fixed it the toilet but took him around 3 hours. We never made it to our party. Next time, please tell your techs to inform us before coming over, we may have appointments to go to!!! ****** QUICK UPDATE****** On a trip business trip right now and I just got called by HSC. They reached out and apologized for the actions of the tech sent to us. They asked me for a schedule where a new plumber can check out my unit just to make sure everything is up to standard. I was really impressed with how they handled it. Very professional and swift! They really do listen to their clients. And with that, I upgraded my rating. Kudos to your customer service, this has redeemed my trust on you guys. At least i have your staff that i can count on for any issues with the techs assigned for our house repairs. I'm hoping for a better service next time around. Now, i can go on with my business trip with peace of mind.

Updated rating since issue was eventually resolved. Received a call from Taylor regarding compensating us for an out of pocket service call. Happy to say it has been resolved. Home service club covering monthly premium up to the cost of the repair. We're pleased with the outcome. Horrible customer service. Don't use this company. Issue with Refrigerator elevated to a supervisor. Waiting over a week for resolution. Still cannot log in online to account and phone hold time ridiculous. I find it extremely suspicious that they get a bunch of 5 star reviews the day. I honestly think they are somehow submitting their own reviews. How can the experiences I've had several times, (long holds, no response, vendor refusing to accept ticket, etc), be so totally opposite the 5 star "reviews ". It seems they monitor the reviews, maybe I'll get a response now.

A very sunny day together with a broken faucet can really result to catastrophe. I felt so hot that day, my skin's so sticky and I'm so smelly. I called HSC to ask for any plumber to repair my broken faucet. They sent out a professional and did the job in no time. Well, my gratitude and respect was gained by them. Good job. Keep the passion burning.

My parents are garden enthusiasts, all garden tools and equipment are catered well. One day, our lawn mower didn't work. My father told me to call HSC and report the issue for the issue is beyond his abilities. The day after, they sent out a contractor and started working to that mower. He easily handled the equipment and left us stunned in the fact that he easily repaired it. Me and my family was so amazed, and want to promote this home warranty. Such a great company.

Rats, that's the thing I really really hate and scared of. And they are now living at my home. I tried putting some traps, poisonous foods. But they just keep on coming. I called HSC and told them what's the matter. They told me some options and then worked it out immediately. They sent out a contractor and made the work done. I found no more rats in my home for 1 month. Such a blessing HSC, wishing you would help alot more.

Tried contacting the company's customer support and I was devastated by their resolution. While I was searching for repair services online, I was fortunate that I bumped into HSC page. My husband was so furious about the water dripping from our ceiling. He was confused when a plumber from HSC went to our house in the afternoon. He did not know about my contract with them, so instead of getting mad at me for another bill. He just simply said "Thank you". I guess he was satisfied with the fast service and professionalism of the plumber.

I have this small freezer in my home, I use it to store some meats. One day, I'm so shocked when it freeze no meat, I tried calling HSC, my home warranty and tell what happened. I'm so worried that my meat may spoil. They sent out a contractor and repaired my freezer right away. In just a couple of hours he made it work again. I'm so thankful that day. I have this axial fan, and the only fan I used to have, since I have an ac, but one day. It works no more. I tried calling HSC and inquire what happened. They sent out a contractor and unluckily he said it must be replaced, and on that day it was replaced with a new one, and I paid lesser that I expected. I'm somehow lucky to have such Home warranty in my back. Great job.

When I'm washing my plate, my garbage disposal suddenly stop functioning due to junk foods stock in the tube. I'm so confused at that time cause I don't have a single idea on how to fix the garbage disposal,I try calling HSC and reported what happens. thanks to them,my garbage disposal is as good as new when they sent a contractor and repaired it. I bought a brand new microwave around 4 years ago, but for some reason, something happened and it's acting up. It was still under warranty but I was told that it was not part of my plan and that it would cost me a lot more money. I was talking to my dad and she mentioned to try and ask HSC how much it would be to have it checked, and so I did. And I'm so glad I did! Service was affordable and also very fast.

I invested in good washing machine and clothes dryer because I wanted to do my laundry at home. But sadly, they gave up on me one day so I was forced to go to the laundromat. After doing laundry, I went home and called the HSC guys. Told them my problem and they sent a tech guy to do the fixing. So thankful for this home warranty. He fixed it within the week! Woot! No more laundromats for me.

I was always calling our local repairman for the repairs at home. Never knew that I could get a home warranty plan which could save me more money. I have a lot of repairs recently. I chose the Home Service Club since they were recommended by my neighbor. I am very glad they recommended it to me. After one year with them, I saved a lot of money. Bonus is they have the most courteous reps. :)

Our dishwasher was not working. It was not cleaning or doing anything at all. I filed a claim (called the home service club) and the sent a contractor who was very prompt and polite. He checked my unit and told me that it was just clogged and dirty. So he advised us to properly clean it at all times. Quite embarrassed but he was very pleasant and did not make me feel stupid for not cleaning my unit well. Thanks so much

We usually turn on our sprinkler every so often. Once, a part of it was not working and was not sprinkling. I was hesitant to call the HSC coz I thought I could fix it. But my sister convinced me to just leave it to the professionals. Good thing I followed her advice. Filed a claim and contractors came to fix it. Replace a few things and made our sprinklers feel like they're new again.

I badly needed my air conditioner unit serviced. I think it was not working properly because I had such a high bill in the previous months. Further, the unit was struggling in maintaining its temperature. I filed a claim to the HSC and had a great talk. They sent a young man who knew what he was doing. He cleaned after his job. Since the service, my bill has gotten better.

Suddenly, I heard a loud pop sound coming from the bathroom. Had to check it out soon and found a leaking bath tub. I was about to take a bath and the tub just gave up. Submitted a claim immediately to the Home Service Club. Excellent job by the contractors they sent. Fixed my tub immediatey. Although it took a few day since they really had to work on it properly, still they did a great job.

The AC unit in my bedroom suddenly made weird noises that led to a sleepless night. I was so tired the next day. Submitted a claim to the HSC to have it repaired. Thankfully, they sent one by the afternoon the same day I filed a claim. I was determined to sleep soundly and have my aircon unit repaired by the day. The tech guy was pleasant and had the weird noises go away. Thanks a lot!

I recently had to use my home warranty to fix an AC issue. In the beginning it was very frustrating trying to get through to anyone from the customer service department and was put on hold for lengthy amounts of time. Finally, I had a supervisor, Taylor, reach out to me who was able to completely solve the issues I was previously experiencing with the direct line for customer service. She also informed me that they were in the middle of changing call centers and have been experiencing difficulty in their transition, understandable. Most importantly, she was able to get a contractor out quickly and I now have cold AC again! Special thank you to Taylor!

The doorbell at home sounded different one day, it was not the usual ring/buzz. Then, suddenly it became a muffled sound then nothing. Filed a claim to the HSC, very easy process, I must say. Even with this problem, they were very responsive. The tech guys who came were very quick and solved the problem straight away. Had our doorbell running and buzzing in no time.

Been hesistant in getting a home warranty since I've heard some negative stuff from other people. However, a friend of mine recommended the HSC to me. Got them and was actually satisfied. They are very responsive to my concerns and the contractors are very efficient too. A home warranty is something once should get since it is a really good investment. I highly recommend them
