This was a nightmare. Consumer reports does not favor this company. Wish I would have done better research. I did have a service request. No one ever came out as it was canceled. Still got charged $75 which I just reviewed on my cc statement.company refuses to reimburse me. So I am done. Looking for a honest company now. Good luck all!
